Beautiful work - as always. You are a true artist young man. Please tell me the taillight with scroll back and forth like a Cylon. It's been a long time since one of your videos hit my feed. It still shows me as subbed but this is the first in a looooong time. Maybe a year or 2? I have a lot of videos to catch up on. Also, I very much prefer you talking in your videos. Thanks for sharing your skills and talents.
I modified a common woodworking router bit with a much wider roller bearing to trim surfaces exactly like the shelf on this project. A bottom bearing flush trim bit. Made a delrin sleeve the same od as the bottom bearing bit 1/2” bit, machined to take the bearing from the same bit in 1/4” diameter. For me, it works really well. Just keep an eye on the end of the delrin as you travel and don’t lever it up off the guide surface. Hardly have to file, with just a little practice..
Well done 👏
