Thanks you Cat!! I squeezed this in before work yesterday and had so much more energy throughout the day! Specifically i've been meaning to say thanks for leading me to understand that in forward bends the lower tummy should be tucked up towards the spine. Has improved my yoga so much. I don't know why I always thought I had to try to flatten everything down in forward bends but I now get more length and save my back! I never got this from my quality Iyengar yoga school.. maybe I wasn't listening but I feel like it was never specified. Thanks so much!! 👏🙏😍😘
