From the age of about 12 (2016) to 16yrs (2020) old i enjoy scootering alot. I had been through many brands.
The best parts ive ever ridden were: elite, ethic, apex and tilt.
I once built a custom scooter with aztec parts. I did a bri drop down a 3ft quarter. Proper ripping the thing. Deck crack within 2 weeks even though it was brand new. Rage sold the thing and used funds for a new build.
Elite 4.8 neocrome (worse color but i got it of a mate for a good price)
Apex extra tall t (not T but like the bendy apex ones) bars
Tilt SCS
Apex forks and elite wheel.
The scooter was like thanos, absolutely un killable. I trusted it with whatever i threw at it.
I sold it since i didn't enjoy scootering and my interests changed. I also had a bmx which i kept until this year.
I now have recently bought a KTM dirt bike after selling my bmx. Gotta chase the adrenaline. But scootering still is a huge part of my child hood and seeing this corruption now really opens my eyes. I didn't know about Kevin's video at the time.

The district dk v2i Rory coe sig was my child hood dream scooter deck... til this day I’m searching for one... I wish they brought district back with better quality and same designs

I have a French Id deck and a phoenix reventon I am 22 now I got them when the was new about 7 to 9 year ago when I was a lot younger is funny to see kids on scooters now not even know what a phoenix grenade clamp or lucky smx forks are I had a addict Alex peasley deck too just don't see anything like them no more my phoenix reventon will out live most new decks is already lived 8 odd years I had a few districts the rory coe one and ben j one but nether really liked them I don't ride much now but I still have my set up from when I was younger nothings changed proto big scs proto Joh reyes sig wheels phoenix suicide bars lucky smx forks phoenix dan barret deck is alot smaller to everyone else now nobody likes riding it as is only 4.25 wide but is special to me as I know I won't get any of the parts again I was grateful as a kid to have my parents to buy me all my scooter parts everything has come a long way looking at what's out now is a alot to take in. I remember the big names razor. mgp. phoenix. district. addict. lucky. Flavor. Blunt. There where there ones I remember seeing in scooter shops or Web sites or skate park everyone having is crazy to think district and addict where together I remember seeing district decks more than addicts everyone one put a coin or rubber in there break to stop it rattling
You shoul start a series about scooter brand, talking about how they started and things like that, I would love to know more about rider-owned companys and I'm sure so does the others, if you need help translating your video to get to more people I can help you to translate them to spanish.
