Great Vivaldi! And great, great Cencic! Such beauty! Very lyric and expressive showing his pain as a father when he thought he lost his son! So moving and so beautiful! I have this CD. This whole opera is just stunning! All Farnace's arias there are exquisite! I can see Ruhandra Donose in the picture who sang in this recording with Cencic too. Cencic has a velvet timbre and magical low notes! His singing gives me a glimpse of castrati heaven! Bravissimo! Thanks caro for this wonderful video.

My pleasure. This aria and Cencic's singing are just stunning! There's another aria from this CD which I recommend everybody to get, sung by great Cencic - "Gemo in punto e fremo" which gives me chills. Very energetic! And I also hope that our dear Daniel will upload Cencic's masterpiece "Ombra cara" from his Handel's arias CD from Radamisto which I have and consider it one of Cencic's best pieces ever. It was on YT before but not anymore. But I have it on my CD and can enjoy any time:-)
