Hope this video was helpful, if you want to see more tips and tricks videos about hiking please let me know. Also if you want to learn more about setting up shots for hiking videos here is the last tutorial video I made all about that: ua-cam.com/video/bWCwjMgenvQ/v-deo.html
I love this video. I'm in the process of filming an outdoor episode myself. I love the takes we've done so far. I'm looking for other ideas too. We've done map, compass, binoculars, different takes of me walking, pretending to drink from a canteen, tho, you can't tell. And fishing. Walking up steps, different angles.
Amazing video! I learned so much! I would love it if you could upload another smartphone hiking video. Maybe include some other techniques! That would be great! Loved your video!
Thanks so much I am really glad that you found it helpful! I can absolutely create another smartphone tutorial video in the future. Will start planning it now :D Thanks for the kind comment and again glad you enjoyed the video
Great video! I'm considering starting my own channel because I travel frequently for work, and I've discovered some amazing places that would be fun to film. We do plenty of interesting things, so I'm looking for ideas on how to get started. This video has been really helpful!
A slight investment but a huge help that i picked up was a dji osmo se gimbal it was only like $70 on sale on amazon it makes a world of difference in stableization
You're a very good orator with the associated manner that makes listening and watching captivating. Really well done to you and thank you for the valuable information.
Great tips.. cause I love taking photos and videos.. using only my phone.. especially video with the combination with slow motion.. like moving water and birds..😁☺️
Brilliant advice. I always look to improve the quality and content on our videos, I want highlight the benefits of hiking to other families. Thank you so much. I have subbed
Brilliant. I am ready to travel around Australia in our caravan, and am wanting to learn high quality filming and editing, on my phone 📱 you have great tips, thank you 😊
Loved this video. So helpful, as I have just started a hiking channel. A couple questions: What microphone were you using? Where did you get the music? And did you edit the video on your phone? If so, what editing software did you use? I have an Android. Thanks again!
Great! But phone goes on backwards on the holder. The vertical bar is supposed to be on the camera side of phone, leaving the screen free from obstacles. Love to se more tips on how to plan the shoots.
I think most phones are water resistant so should be fine unless really crazy weather in which case I would say it would be better to not hike and wait for better weather
That's just how filming works in general. May look silly viewing this from the outside perspective, but the finished product gives the viewer a suspension of disbelief.

I am using a Samsung Note 9, I think ios 7 does have it maybe the settings is different

Are you using a selfie stick for filming your face?
👏👏
What do you edit with
I edit with Adobe Premiere Pro
Please visit to Nepal 🇳🇵 to film beautiful places
can i make kraig adams like videos from that tripod
You absolutely can :)
Or maybe, hike with a friend and have both filming points of view
That is a great option too!
Why do people need to show themselves walking? I don't get the walking then the walking back to get camera 🤣
Cause it looks cool sometimes. Neither do i get why it is good but sometimes it looks good
That's just how filming works in general. May look silly viewing this from the outside perspective, but the finished product gives the viewer a suspension of disbelief.

You are talking how to make “beautiful video” but yours video is not beautiful at all xd
