Hi dear thanks for watching. I used refined sugar from market. Any sugar will do. Powdered sugar with adding some corn flour is called icing sugar.

Hi thanks for watching my channel. You can use cornstarch also for 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp of cornstarch and adjust the milk quantity. Here I added full fat long life milk.

Yes, You can use corn starch. Both will do. The room temperature shouldn't be warm or else it will melt
