What people miss here is basic psychology.
In reality yeah, a pair of glasses would be enough. Because what would you do if you saw her? Shout "Supergirl"? And if she laughed at you then what? How would you prove that she really is who you claim she is? All she has to do is say "I'm not Supergirl" with confidence and people will believe her. Especially since it's absurd to claim that some reporter is an alien from another planet fighting criminals.
People tend to stay silent when saying something out loud can make them look like idiots. And also people tend to see what they want to see. So yeah, in reality this would work.
This was my favorite alt.timeline. Lena's eyes when Kara flew out the window were so innocent.

Look I just realize Kara had became human at one point in the real world after exhausted her heat vision! Now why doesn’t they think of that if she exhaust her heat vision she would not be affected by kryptonite in the air since she becomes human! That would buy them some time! So does she really need Lena? In the crisis smallville Superman gave all his power away just to live normal life and lex hand him the kryptonite he wasn’t effected!

I believe there is still some conscious because Jon jone saved her from falling! She could died from the fall... Lena couldn’t save her in time! So they were relying in the Harun-El and Lena removing the toxic from the air! Lena mom knew exhausting heat vision would weaken her or possible made her human! But Jon and Alex probably did not know! They thought it was only fighting the red tornado...I might be wrong!
I also think they need Lena to remove all the toxic in the air foremost and that Kara need to absorb yellow sunlight to heal! If she could heal a little bit she would become conscious and the timeline could work...exhausting her heat vision would turn her human!

I don't think that would've work. Their partnership was public because it "gave Lena the credibility her last name never could". Without it, she wouldn't have been able to do nearly as much good as she wanted so most of the partnership potential would thus be wasted.

I mean, I’ve always seen them as romantic, but there was something _special_ about this timeline. The way that Kara crushed the table in fear, the fact that everyone was celebrating their union, the tender hug after Lena was freed from the deathtrap... It’s the same feel that I get from fics where they're dating/married.
The writers are too cowardly to make SuperCorp canon, even in the hundredth episode, centred around Kara and Lena’s relationship. But that jargon mistake of Lena invoking the Fifth _genuinely_ makes them married, at least in this timeline. It's their greatest “oops we made them wives” so far.
@@PerovNigma right? it's so unfair how they have two amazing actresses with undeniable chemistry and have been using iconic couple tropes for a long time now, so much that they have to throw the words friend and friendship every five seconds, but never step up and write them a healthy lovestory, although having the 100th episode dedicated to their relationship is just something else. let's see what the future holds for them, for now i just want lena to own her mistakes and start thinking clearly again, it's good to know kara will be there for her when she is ready.

Well actually Kara could've just asked Mxy to take her to wherever Lockwood took Lena, then she busts out some moves, saves Lena, nobody dies, and everyone can team up to stop Leviathan!! Or, ya know, she could've been transported to Lena's side moments before she encounters Lockwood, and then stops them from kidnapping her at all in the first place.

They were both in very similar situations where they lost thier sisters' support plus even before that, they were getting really close along with the fact they are both aliens and Nia can defend herself. So they developed a sisterly relationship really fast

I'm surprised that Supercorp shippers do not hate this episode. Literally the darkest timeline (where all of Kara's friends and co-workers die, including Lena) is the one where Kara reveals herself to Lena the earliest, plus they become partners and do all this stuff together and they don't even show it, instead they just have Mxy read off headlines. The second darkest timeline where Lena becomes a despot is the one where they were never friends to begin with, and the third darkest timeline is the one where Kara reveals too late and then dies from the sky being seeded with Kryptonite. The fourth darkest is when Kara reveals too late and Sam, Mon-El, and Lena die. Literally the best timeline is the one we've seen all along, where Lena finds out on her own, hates Supergirl, and becomes a villain that Kara is going to start to rightly hold accountable for her actions.
Do not be stupid ... nobody hated that because Lena will not be "villain" it is so obvious (also after the fall of the Stream, the audience and the critic) they will not
Not to mention that due to the leaks that Kara and Lena had, they would reconcile ... if you go ahead, it's like you didn't see how these series work, not to mention that Lena in the comics (in 10 appearances it's good, only in 1 version it's bad ) and that's the worst of all.

Everyone dies in the end because Kara revealed her secret to save lena and lockwood went after her family. So, this is not good. In every timeline telling lena about being supergirl has never worked out well for kara. This episode shows that lena cant be trusted with the secret. Telling her the secret put Kara's loved ones in mortal danger.

This episode had to be my favorite of the season. I loved the cameos of the previous actors like Mon El, Ben Lockwood, etc. It was like a blast from the past. Also the way they redid the scenes felt really smooth

I literaly laughed hard at that comment, the whole chapter was really hilarious in a way to shut up all the audience(me included) that are all time complaining for supergirl hadnt trust to Lena sooner with her identity. Showing all the posibilities when she could spoke and the consecuences of that, as the part when supergirl acted very jerk towards lena treating her like a villain before she fall into one...at least hope lena redeem herself in time before to do something really crazy that cant be back cause as kara said in the end of the episode .. lena's actions its on her own conscience now.

This alternative would have worked out if this segment followed the rules. And the rules are well established within the framework of the series. And that is if you are a close friend of Kara who knows the secret you cannot make it public knowledge that you know Supergirl as a close personal friend. Not ever.
