Not gonna lie, I was skeptical at the idea of a Logicked gaming channel, but I thoroughly enjoyed this despite never having heard of Way of the Samurai beforehand. I'd love to see more in the future!
Logicked breaking in to this kind of genre makes me happy even if he only ops to stick with it on a whim. It's got a nice MandaloreGaming vibe as well as a Ross's Game Dungeon vibe. I like it!
Damn I really enjoyed this. Love your analytical and thorough approach to the mechanics of the game, and that you were balanced with it's positives and negatives. Great video!
Maybe it's because we're all born skeptics coming here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I realize that Logicked... or rather the man behind the mask... is more than a debunking, purely logical person who only finds joy in debunking people who say stupid things, but getting to see other aspects of his personality (The creation of Buddy alone was awesome) is fantastic. I hope he does more of this. I know Logicked is his bread and butter, but this was incredibly entertaining.
I knew I remembered this happening. Thought I was crazy for a moment, thinking Logicked had played an obscure japanese video game. I looked everywhere and not a trace of this channel or this video could be found. No one even mentioned it online. But I found it in my subscriber list, and I knew I wasn't crazy, I knew it!
I do like wacky nonsense. I'm sure I'll play that eventually, but I first need to uncover far more wacky nonsense in this one. I feel like I've got a long way to go.
This could end up being one of my favorite gaming channels even though I only play The Long Dark. A post apocalyptic (no zombies thank god) survival game based on a desolate Canadian island in an endless winter.
One thing that makes picking things up in battle easier is that using the low fast kick move (pressing something while blocking iirc) to hit the item on the ground puts it in your inventory.
Strange how skills transfer. Lodge is masterful at breaking down dumb arguments and poking holes in shitty ideas and apparently that lends itself a lot to a hilarious game analysis! Well done tophat lizard-alien-deamon-brother of Satan, scientist, mid-lizard, automotive tettatechnition, father of 1 and knower of applied science
So I listened to the most recent Logicked video this morning on the way to work but the app was still showing I hadn't viewed all content in that subscription section and there it was a link to a Logicked gaming channel. I didn't know I needed it, but clearly I don't know much as I'm definitely enjoying what I've seen so far! I'm also loving the hobo style, as someone who's competent at best at any computer game, the jar smashing and radish stealing speaks to me on a deeper level.
I'd love to see you cover Way of the Samurai 4 at some point. It's a very different experience and in general just absolutely unhinged in terms of it's story, as well as expanding greatly on player freedom in the combat department and side content
I tend to use the infinite spawning enemies to max level my swords. That way, when I want to play the game over again, my sword is basically unbreakable, which makes things easier.
Okay, so I had a lot of fun watching this, good stuff all around! Looking forward to the next one. Any hints or ideas about which game(s) you'll do next, or which games you may do in the future? Thanks brother! 😀👍🐧🐧
As a big fan of logicked and way of the samurai I loved this video. Even though this is your first video in this genre it was very well done. Notifications on and I’ll be looking forward to future gaming videos!
Now that you've finally finished the herculean task of Almando's case, it would be awesome to see another video on this channel :p . Although it's very different from what you're used to do, your first video was very entertaining. She even made me want to redo WotS 3 and 4 ^^ Anyway, keep the good work :) . PS: I hope my english is not too broken ^^'
great review. I do enjoy the ending and I got the bad ending of killing the lord. Cause I just attacked him and kill him. Cause I did not build any allies up to fight him.
Of all the way of the samurai games, this one was the one I played the least. I still have the first two on PS2. Not the greatest series but still a good time waster.
If you kill the fishnet ninja guy and take his sword, the game becomes too easy on any mode. That sword has a move which is unblockable by the enemy, where you backflip kick an enemy making him fall down and then rail him with heavy attacks. Spam that move and the enemy would never be able to stand again.
It's crazy that Lodge is more entertaining as a gaming youtuber than Wade from DankPods. I love his car channel, but that guy just has nothing interesting to say about games.
For the kinda endless waves of enemy, they're pretty easy to cheese through. I just grind to dual stance, forged 2 sword, upgraded strength and durability to max and defense to negative max. And that's it.

The duck codpiece needs to be in more games.

Mandalore is a great channel
Buddy got “Dad-zoned “ 😔
Please make more Way of the Samurai 3 videos! You rock! Explore the weirdness! Share it with us!

Congrats on diversifying. Glad you keep your humour whilst being informative. Cheers.

When she revealed she's going to be your daughter, I think we all were thrown off lol
Makes you wonder if her previous "father" was really her father. Momiji creeps me out. She was the perfect choice of partner for Buddy.
I played Way of the Samurai 2 probably too much when I was young. Never knew there was a third. Great video, thank you
There's a fourth, too.
And the 4th one has even more wacky nonsense. Back on PS3, you could encounter CPU-controlled player characters made by people online.
I do like wacky nonsense. I'm sure I'll play that eventually, but I first need to uncover far more wacky nonsense in this one. I feel like I've got a long way to go.
Greatest game series ever made in 30 years of gaming - BY LITERAL MILES
Well done Buddy!
I can remember playing the first two Way of the Samurai games, never did play this one but what a great series.
19:33 ...Spleens, is that you?!
I do believe it is.
This could end up being one of my favorite gaming channels even though I only play The Long Dark. A post apocalyptic (no zombies thank god) survival game based on a desolate Canadian island in an endless winter.
Huh. Never imagined him playing a game but glad to see it's pretty much him playing a game. Explanation and everything.
Great! I would love to see more of this channel.
That full controller control rant is spot on
Very much enjoyed chill Logicked. You can hear the difference in your voice.

Love this! Looking forward to seeing more videos!

This is great, I really appreciate this kind of non-gamereviewer game review and done by you Logicked, it hits the head on the spike...
This video was so well made. I wonder whar happened
The first one was probably my favorite in the series
Yooo, I used to play the shit outta this game! Glad you checked it out. ^^
I'm so glad UA-cam recommended this to me
I feel like you really have the right energy for this. Really entertaining! Subscribed.
I like this a lot. Reminds me a lot of Game Dungeon! One of my favorite series here on UA-cam. I cant wait to see more

Weird hearing this voice in this context but man am I hear for it!
I have to agree whole heartedly to your comments on graphics.
About goddamn time!
This makes me wanna dive back into Skyrim, I love it
More like this please.
Love the OG content but I have always wanted to see you branch out. Do what you like to do. Hope the family is doing great!
The overview of the psychotic reviews at the end was a nice touch.
I'd love to see you cover Way of the Samurai 4 at some point. It's a very different experience and in general just absolutely unhinged in terms of it's story, as well as expanding greatly on player freedom in the combat department and side content
10:57 Ah, a fellow KOTOR enthusiast I see
I tend to use the infinite spawning enemies to max level my swords. That way, when I want to play the game over again, my sword is basically unbreakable, which makes things easier.
Man, Way of the Samurai series. "Have character" is a way to describe them. Good choice. Especially accident. Happy accident indeed.
ooo! Logicked gaming! He has a really good voice for this and I love long rambles about obscure games.
Dude, I really liked this!
More please 🙃 ❤

😀👍🐧🐧
Thank God !
Didn't know what to expect but I really liked this. Hope to see more although I'm sure it's a time consuming process of making something like this.
I am like 2 minutes in and already my favorite gaming channel
Cool beans, L!
Love me some random gaming
Never played WOTS at all but it looks pretty good
Happy to be scriber162
This video has a less monotone mandaloregaming vibe to it. Good vid👍
Really enjoyed the vid !
Overall great presentation of the game !

More gaming stuff, please!
Holy shit I love this game.
I kinda do too. Hopefully I did it justice here. I tried, at least.
This is Logicked? Didn’t even know he had a game review channel. And it’s a good video, wish there was more

You made such a great video and decided to stop here ???
Agreed, he has such talent for great game content
great vid

Are you a fan of Ross Scott by any chance? Your style reminds me a lot of Ross's Game Dungeon.
I loved this video. More, please.

is this the only video?

You may have mentioned before but have you played or any interest in Elden Ring?
No, but I've played other From games a bit.
@@clicklodge I'm sure you have a backlog and already know about Elden Ring, but man I can't recommend it enough

I know you're old because your computer is in your living room lol
69th comment, what an honor
10:40 I mean, Ben 10 Cosmic Destruction isn't that great graphically even though it came out 2010.
For the kinda endless waves of enemy, they're pretty easy to cheese through. I just grind to dual stance, forged 2 sword, upgraded strength and durability to max and defense to negative max. And that's it.
But... That much lazy?
must be funny playing this game with no cultural knowledge about japan
