Lovely build!! Love how the tech area has developed. As far as your bus terminal you may have to re jig it. What I love about your builds is you don't do gridded roads but in that area you have to many junctions intersecting, causing the bottleneck. You may have to clean it up and do a traditional cross intersection and move roads. But what I think you should try is change the roads where the buses come in and out to one way transit only lanes and funnel the buses out farther away from that intersection and come out in a different area.
