    I'd love to know why, precisely, does it take him 3 to 4 years to make that pair? How long, on average, does it take him to make a "regular" pair?

    There are highly skilled craftsmen making incredible hand forged tools, who don't take years to make a single pair... I don't see how anyone so skilled, could take so long on an item Ike this!

      These are perfect under a microscope. The other tools are 99.999% as good, that last decimal of a percent is what takes the extra time.
