Taylor is proof that bigger is not always better. His triceps were noteworthy but it completely threw off the look of his upper arms.

In the bigining of 90's. The inventor of synthol, Chris Clark, started to sell his mixture LEGALY 😂 as Pump'n' pose oil, but all bodybuilders knew from the very first moment it was injectable shit 😂😂😂.

Tried the exercise the redcon guy was doing in the gym today. A new staple tricep exercise has be acquired.

I couldn't think of his first name. I remembered him talking trash about Big Ron at the last Olympia he wan involved in saying Ronnie was getting old. His arms were crazy big. one of my friends has huge triceps like this...and guess what..he never trains them..he said if he trains them they get freaky big and look weird...strange how certain body parts super respond and others don't

Great video. There is one more detail. When people asks Dorian Yates what he think about Ernie's triceps, he sad that he knows Ernie since he was beginner, and that he alredy had crazy triceps.
I liked the video, I remember reading in a Flex magazine that he was training to be an MMA fighter, he also used to train with Dorian Yates, do you know what happened to him, I lost track of him.

definitely site enhancement oils there, synthol maybe since he was competing around the time synthol really started becoming a thing and it's possible that he could have afforded to use it since i heard synthol was kind of expensive at the time so it wasn't crazy popular yet until it became more affordable in the 2000's (just based on the info ive heard, i have no idea if the info is right)...

Crazy part is that he makes an excellent case for slight site enhancement oil use...to give you that quarter to half inch that makes you pop onstage. Sadly he went too far.

The story I heard at the time was that he'd injured his arm badly at work and got muscle wastage. So to try get the bad arm to catch up with his healthy arm he was injecting steroids straight into the muscle. The bad arm became the good arm so he used the technique on both from then on.

This is bullshit I actually met Ernie Taylor at my cousins wedding. My cousin was quite a good bodybuilder back in the late 90s early 2000s and he became very good friends with Ernie Taylor through the BB scene and he attended his wedding. I can remember talking to him at the bar (yes he was drinking a beer) really nice, polite guy, absolute Gentleman I can remember how huge his arms were especially those famous triceps and believe me he had no synthol. This was in Birmingham England, but never seen him since.
