Wasn't fully aware of this before uploading but Russian sources are now claiming that throughout the day there've been several waves of Ukrainian counterattacks in particular around Berdychi and Tonenke. This fits it in with the general theme of this video, with the Ukrainians wanting to hold onto this tentative defense line built around the villages west of Avdiivka for as long as possible. The need is so urgent that they are willing to counterattack while fighting uphill against RU. The focua at the moment is on protecting Semenivka's flanks. Semenivka is the only village in this line fully under Ukrainian control and has some defenses built around it, along with a narrow river.

@@Ahmedwali-ji2sfAs I said in the videos and comments, there isn't enough evidence to say they fully took Berydchi. Only videos of Russian forces come from the eastern parts of the village, while Ukrainian sources contend they've been able to repel attacks on the village and released footage of such engagements from the eastern section of the village.

Should Ukraine negotiate asap and get what they can from it? Or continue to settle this situation militarily with war? What is the wise choice that will have the best outcome for Ukraine? Any thoughts? I say negotiate now and try to get what you can from negotiating. In my opinion
Ukraine is is already over. This will end with the taking of Odessa and Kiev will be landlocked with no economy
1/2 the way through this video was enough. Just give a one-minute video that says you have no firm idea of what is happening anywhere. It's pointless to just state the obvious that, as is normal in most wars, there is a fog of war.
Note: The blinking lines in your maps are very distracting and unpleasant. Since you have little hard information to convey these blinking lines made this video unwatchable.
It's better to admit there's a lack of info on a certain battle than to just make it up. This isn't par for the course by the way, in most engagements we've had a very good idea of the demarcation line but this week it's been ambiguous due to the pace of Russian advances. There are some pieces of information that we are confident about though, such as Russian advances in southern Novomykhailivka and Ukraine gains in southern Robotyne. As for the blinking white lines I'll change the mode of the map when recording so those aren't present.

A lot of folks doing mapping commentary just speculate wildly, thanks for not doing that. It’s not been difficult to piece together what is happening by watching the trend over several days. Spoiling attacks obviously cloud things.

Trump just let Russia build up it's forces for this attack his entire Presidency. They planned this for years and years. Trump did nothing to dissuade them. He lifted sanctions on Russia for Crimea annexation. He ragged on NATO left and right and tried to break it up. Putin saw his opening with a NATO weakened by Trump. It backfired of course. NATO is now much stronger and united than it was previously.
