I've owned a 950Sp for 14 months and I have zero regrets to have passed up the Panigale and the Streetfighter over this Hypermotard. The Panigale is a niche bike and the street fighter is overpowered for urban use. I live in a city with very steep hills, lots of traffic congestion no long avenues or boulevards that don't have frequent traffic signals. I wore out the stock Pirelli tires and switched to a Pirelli V3; it has a rounder profile, so the bike wants to more readily dip into turns and curves.
Low sales due to absurdly exorbitant service cost.. indians being indians,vfm always in the back of our head. One kidney for the bike is ok but another to service it regularly as well just makes no sense.

Because most people don't have a set of spare kidneys to sell
Doesn't matter how good it is people will join the adv, sport touring crowd practical, spacious.. this is a unicorn bike as well.
