Its NOT a GPS tracker. It tracks via bluetooth and has to be in close proximity to other iphones that have the app on it or will not work.

Either are active gps tracker but I think this is better because iPhone is more popular. Also, Tile relies in the app and since I haven’t opened Tile in a while, it was automatically removed from my iPhone. Meaning one less phone to ping Tile device.
