Nothing better than turkey soup, I bet that smoked carcass is really good! Sadly we bought a smaller turkey this year (thanks A LOT, covid!), so the leftovers are already gone. 😭

@@TaylorsFSCooking Just wanted to let you know I made this creamy turkey soup last night! We had family over so I made a big pot like yours. I did have to modify it as I didn't have and cream of chicken soup (and due to covid, I didn't want to stand in line to get in a store) so I made a creamy roux and of course we are in NM so I had to add green Chiles! And it was amazing! Thanks for sharing this recipe, it is Delicious! Everyone Loved it, and had seconds!!!

Oooweee Brandon! My wife will definitely enjoy a bowl of that Turkey soup as for me the only difference I would do is before adding the noodles is devide the soup in half then add the noodles to one half and make some dumplings for the other half because I'm not a big fan of noodles in soup. If I was living close by i definitely have a bowl with noodles and all lol 😆. Thanks for sharing my brother take care. God Bless. 🙏🏽
