Maria Online - NICE! Viennese waltz basic is the same footwork as Samba reverse turns, so I guess you just love Samba disguised in Viennese waltz!? 😉 Latin All the Way!! 😆
My favorite batukada variation is, keenly, this: Kick LF forward in front of RF, close to ground (a) Back LF behind RF with full weight (1) Rock forward with LF in place (uh) Rock backward with RF in place (and) Kick RF forward in front of LF, close to ground (a) Back RF behind LF with full weight (2) Rock forward with RF in place (uh) Rock backward with LF in place (and) The timing is all 16th notes, so the moves are done on every sixteenth note within the 2 beats (8 sixteenths). Repeat ad lib. I love this variation because I love those accents on steps 2 and 6.
Those are some cool moves. But it is neither batucada nor samba. Batucada is very characteristic style of brasilian music performed by bateria. Characterized by high energy and strong repetitive bit. It very characteristic and unmistakable for any "sambista" around the world. This is batucada : ua-cam.com/users/shortsrVgeQISY188?si=iP5_OBvIUKetq116
