EXCELLENT video and instruction! Understanding this is so important for each dance. Thank you for also showing how it might be varied (cha-cha, for example). That helps avoid confusion later. Again - thanks so much for this!!!

I loved it! So nice ways that you described bydancing on them! I still sometime struggle on cha cha songs when cha cha beats are not so strong and recognizable and when those beats come in between I feel why am I not precisely on that!

Very helpful for newbies and people who struggle to count (like me). Is it possible to do a ballroom one as find Foxtrot, Tango and Quickstep hard to stay in time with 🕺💃

Thank you for your videos! Love the intermediate and advanced videos! In the 3 cha cha’s with music, the first one starts on 1; the second starts on 4 and; the third one starts on 2. Is that correct?

Does it matter on what genre is being played while doing the cha cha cha?

    Thank you for you sharing!
Because of the 2nd beat of rumba rhythm is soft, I like to put it in count step 1 (hold) of Int'l Rumba.
Could I put count step 2 with 3rd beat of rumba rhythm instead of matching step 2 with 1st beat of Rumba music rhythm?
So the sequential order step count in one rhythm bar is: "4, 1, 2, 3"

Usually the bass indicates count 1 pretty clearly 😄

For woman steps, should left foot first or right foot first?

If you are dancing solo then it doesn’t matter which foot you start on. When dancing with a partner typically the lady starts with left foot!
