I would love to see something like this at Universal Studios. Diagon Alley can have it in the Leaky Cauldron in a private room or even an original place you enter from London while Hogsmeade could have someplace inside Hogwarts where the students are operating a tearoom. Obviously the experience would have to be a wizard version of afternoon tea.
A really fun option could be starting in London with a cup of tea and sandwiches, taking a private carriage on the Hogwarts Express where you are presented with a couple wizard candies and finishing at Hogwarts where a refill of your tea is ready along with desserts.
