Over the past several months I have encountered A LOT of videos and articles on clarifying cocktails. Some of these resources use good technique and some don't, so I thought it would be helpful to make a video on clarification best practices so you get the best possible result. I go over Milk clarification and its vegan counterpart with coconut cream.
A little note on the recipe in today's video. I went a bit heavy on the bitters in this recipe while scaling up my whiskey sour batch and I like it that way, but if you're not partial to bitters you can definitely cut those bitters by half.
