Do you.ride on the balls of your foot or the instep on your pegs?

Inside leg balls of my foot. Outside leg heel on the peg.

@@deecaliboy I've always been riding on the balls both sides but I saw a instruction vid with Troy Corser he said not on the balls. I might try it cause he's a very good rider. I feel you get better feed back on the balls of your foot but Troys corner entry and exit speeds are so much faster than us mere mortals
