    Hello dr please can i Ask to know for a Man 42 years old TSH 3.947 m.IU/ml its high or good

      I would discuss this with your primary care provider or a specialist (endocrinologist), however the upper range for ‘normal’ TSH is 4.0mU/L. Higher than this could be indicative of hypothyroidism, but looking at your TSH levels over time would be useful (multiple time points).
