Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a protein produced by the prostate gland, which is part of the male reproductive system. Doctors use PSA testing to evaluate the risk of prostate cancer. Elevated PSA doesn’t definitively indicate cancer, but it’s an essential marker for assessment. Regular check-ups and discussions with your healthcare provider are crucial for older (50+) individuals with a prostate.

I would discuss this with your primary care provider or a specialist (endocrinologist), however the upper range for ‘normal’ TSH is 4.0mU/L. Higher than this could be indicative of hypothyroidism, but looking at your TSH levels over time would be useful (multiple time points).

Instead of buying one type of durian, you should go to a place that sells 3/4 different types of durian in a plate. From that you can decide that you really can’t eat durian or you can eat but only certain types of durian. For me, I can’t eat durian musang king even tho it’s popular and very sweet but the aroma is too strong for me. I prefer more mild types of durian. Hope this helps whoever trying durian for the first time👍🏻
I'm 76 and have had osteoporosis since I was 55. I have been on thyroid- Synthyroid- since I was 60 ! My doctor never told me Synthyroid could worsen osteoporosis!

@@ScientistSwanda I was actually on Levothyroxine-generic Synthroid--I am so glad I came across your channel. Thank you. I had no idea that those Rx can cause bone loss which my doctor knew I had! Also they can cause anxiety and insomnia! Which she also knew I had! And I didn’t and do not consume dairy and she knew that and those Rx contain lactose!!! I should have thoroughly researched Levothyroxine and I didn’t so I am also to blame but for pity’s sake that doc let me down !!! 😬😩
