During pregnancy, your fluid requirements skyrocket! Unfortunately, research shows that most Mummas don’t meet their water requirements during pregnancy and that can lead to a whole host of pregnancy complications.
In this episode of Nourish, prenatal dietitian Melanie McGrice explains why fluid is so important, how much water you should drink during pregnancy and 3 of her favourite tips for meeting these important water requirements.
    Enjoy!

I would recommend checking with a doctor or women's health dietitian as taking too much folic acid can be detrimental.

Generally prenatal supplements are considered safe. However, as there are so many on the market, there may be an option that is better suited to your needs. To learn which one is best for you, I would recommend seeking advice from a women's health care professional.
