Hey Jon it's painful seeing you grind so much without much result week after week. Shows the reality of the situation unlike other UA-camrs.

I think you would get so much more business from making a nice flyer rather than using crappy A4 white paper letters... but at least with the letters you can make it personal/bespoke to the area I guess?

I heard that if you hand sign the letters (can be as simple as writing your name at the bottom) then people are more receptive to them. Just a thought!
that's be very time consuming considering the amount of letters he prints out.
the best alternative would be to scan his signature and add it at the bottom of the file's page so that it looks like a handwritten signature but it's just a copy
It'll take a while to get to breakeven point, but it's probably gonna get easier now since you've got most of the tools you'd need for this business, plus the experience and reviews and referrals. Just need to keep it up bud

I assume you know this but I think you can use a water tank in your vehicle , combined with the house water supply, to help always have enough water entering the pressure washer. I've seen this on other pressure washing videos.
Do you have a website? This would be a huge step and a google business profile.

As much as I enjoy this series, I don't want to see this donny have to file for bankruptcy. I think the best thing he could do, is, Uber eats deliveries whilst he's handing out flyers (idk if that's allowed), he could use that time to travel and post a few in the nearby neighbours doors, as well as when he's not doing uber eats or pressure washing, flipping clothing. These 3 would work great for making a bit more money that he does so he's not consistently losing money.
the problem is that he won't use his car for uber eats, only a bike, or by foot. he did ubereats at the beginning of this to try and make money and it's one of the things that further increased the debt because he was wasting money renting out an electric bike and barely making any money in deliveries. ubereats was basically how he got into this mess because he kept thinking doing it on an e-bike would save on gas and allow him to still make money, but he kept losing money because of the bike

@@susanngrace3316 My guess would be that his expenses are simply his part of the shared expenses. And if I remember correctly, his UA-cam revenue pays for the team managing his UA-cam channel so there's no profit from that per say.

he's only taking the money he's making with his business ventures into account. the money he makes from youtube isn't taken into account either. if he's still active on onlyfans, he's also not counting that into it. he's only calculating it based off how much he makes from the different things he tries to make money off of, so the ubereats, the reselling of clothes, the flipping of furniture, the pressure washing.

I used to like Jon’s videos but seeing as he has a team to manage his channel (as someone in the comments of this video has mentioned) and he hasn’t been responding to comments since this challenge series + our feedback meaning nothing because it’s all pre-recorded and weeks or months out, I just don’t see the point in watching anymore
He doesn’t have a team managing his channel, I know because I’ve watched all his videos. He doesn’t reply because he’s still in the challenge and may not have enough time

Wait is the series really pre-recorded and created with a team? I thought it was just Jon doing this in real-time, week after week.
I worked it out as it being filmed 14 weeks ago, very misleading as he made it feel like it was filmed recently.
@@user-hy5vq6el7j If you film in advance, you get the benefit of hindsight and can add/remove content. For example, he gets an innocent phone call that makes a lot of money as month later; he can make sure to edit the phone call in and call back to it.

Don’t you have to pay taxes too on the money that you’re earning? Technically now you’re tax evading which is a crime
Generally you pay taxes on profit, not all revenue.
Well if he does actually start making money he will have to declare it and pay tax over the personal threshold but he'd have till year end right? It'll be a problem next April if he doesn't put money aside to pay it!
No it's not are you self-employed. You only pay tax on your profit. He's not made any profit yet. And you don't do a tax return till after you've worked tax year.
he'd need to actually make money in order to report it to the irs. they're not gonna come after him because he made £100 and didn't pay taxes on it
