I like to add cauliflower rice to my oatmeal to add another vegetable for the day and bulk for few calories
Sounds good
I love oatmeal, cream of rice (I make it myself), grits. I use maple syrup, blueberry preserves, frozen berries, stevia . I'm DM1 so I make breakfast into 3 small meals so my sugar doesn't spike.
Sounds great

Perfect video for me thank you. My struggle I’m working on is consistency.
What stops you being consistent do you think?
Yes! Being tired after dinner or bored I used to go for walks but it’s to dang cold now. I’m easily bored as well
@@fitwithryanadams being tired and bored. Sometimes I stick with it sometimes I cave.

Hi Ryan! I looked at your blueprint and you said it was not a cookbook. Have you written a ebook cookbook? I would love to have all your soups, chilies , lentil recipes in one place I could reference. Thank you.
not yet, but it's coming later this year!

Just so you know all seed and nut butters have added oils to them. The oil sitting on the top of the jar is not natural if you would make the butters just from the nuts or seeds. This explains why I didn't do well with the nut butters especially the tahini. Unfortunately due to lack of regulations the companies can add any cheap or poor quality oil without disclosing so on the label.
It’s actually totally the opposite way around. Natural nut butter (just nuts and perhaps a touch of salt) have an oily top because they don’t any rubbish to stop the oil from separating from the nut solids. You’ve got it backwards. It depends on a country’s specific regulations, but certainly in the U.K. you cannot add oil to a product without disclosing

I eat 1kg of potatoes each day for dinner. It keeps me very full
Oatmeal makes me very sleepy for some reason. I wonder if it’s because I make it with cows milk.
It depends on some things. Such as how much fat and sugar go together in that oatmeal. Also oatmeal has high magnesium and a natural melatonin, and several other chemical to help sooth and relax the body, oatmeal should be a food for dinner, but for dinner people want different kind of foods.
@@user-tq8wv6ni7g that makes a lot of sense. I might try it for dinner instead.
Smoothies ever? Or to high in calories?
Hey Katy, depends what is in them. But I'm a huge fan of smoothies yes and lots of my clients have them daily. But whether a particular smoothie is appropriate calorie-wise will depend on your nutrition needs. But so long as they aren't loaded with loads of nut butter, a bunch of medjool dates and other healthy but high calorie items, they tend to be very weight loss-friendly!
