great question! Please create one🙏 that would be awesome! I haven't exercised in a while due to fibromyalgia. However, I just loss my mother in March due to her body shutting down along with other complications. My mother's doctors would all tell her the same thing, "everything looks fine, you just need to incorporate moving around and being active." My mother just didn't understand how important it was to follow those instructions,, and no matter how hard I tried to explain this to her she just refused to do anything. Sadly I watched as her body broke down, " if you don't use it, you lose it." Having fibromyalgia makes it harder for me to just jump up and do just any exercise program because, I worry about the after effects. I'm 51 and not very active now my roll as caregiver is over I've had time to reflect on my own life. I don't want to end up like my mom , I must start a routine / lifestyle despite my condition because I want to live a full-feeling life! Sorry I wrote such a long comment but I've followed you on different social media platforms and always thinking " this woman is everything" your drive, energy and style is so dynamic. So "Yes" I want what she's having😃😍. I desire to be a fit and fabulous well over my 50's and It's never to late to start plus having a routline created by YOU!!!!!! Great workout! I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative arthritis of the spine, so couldn't do some of the floor work and improvised. But I would love it if you can do a video for arthritis sufferers with limited flexibility. Thanks for your motivation!
