I've been doing this challenge now (from Instagram) 3 times a week for 2 weeks going on 3 now. My favorite! I have gone from 1 min. to 1:30s and now 2:30s. This really works and Massy, you're very inspirational! Looking forward to the upcoming 45 Day challenge🤗

Thank you for the pre plank instructions they helped MUCH. I nailed it, although a lot less graceful than the 👸🏾.That first side plank leg raise had me sounding like Scooby Doo. I will incorporate this into my core workouts. Thank you for being so humble💗
tried this to test my core and happy to say i made it 95% through haha got a bit lost at the side plank pulses and had to take a 3 sec break but all in all i was surprised at myself! would do this more and achieve that 100%!

Love love love it and so did my ABS! I have tried a 5 mins plank before and it was the 5 longest minutes of my life but I love this one because the variations make time go by faster and distracts you from thinking about the plank ending. Thank you
First time I tried this I made it half way through and I understood I need to keep doing it and try to push 30seconds more every time to be able to finish it. It is amazing and truly challenging!

Well if this aint a damn sign. My friend and I were just talking yesterday about doing a plank competition and challenge to push each other and then i see this today! Whewwwww! Massy girl, this is beast mode! I doubt I can make it past the 1 min mark at my current fitness level but imma try doing this every morning for the next few weeks to get to this level!

Dominique Clarke Thank you so much for that encouragement. It’s wonderful to hear from someone who actually joined the program. My only concern was making sure I have access to the proper ingredients needed for the meals. I don’t really have the funds to go to places like Whole Foods on a regular. Will I need any equipment? Again, thank you for the encouragement, I will join after I get my daughter settled back in college so I can fully commit.
Of course you are very welcome. If you're gonna be doing the MA45 program, minimal equipment needed. Just bands and some dumbells. But as a beginner you will be focused more on the moves and probably won't even need to add weights. But I do suggest a resistance band since some of the moves do require one. As for the meals, we can always swap out ingredients and use what we have, as long as you understand how to calculate the equal equivalent of nutrients you chose to swap out. Also, when you join the program we have an amazing MAwarriors community of supper helpful men and women that gives tips and tricks to help each other. It's so awesome. Sorry for the long message. But these topics make me so excited. Oh and as an added bonus when you join the community, you get to enjoy Massy going live chatting with us and checking in to see how the group is doing. Thank you! Although I’m still progressing through modifications to optimize my core stabilizers postpartum, this is an encouraging video. My schedule is erratic and never consistent enough, but everything that I’m participating in and am responsible for is not in vain. I just need to keep going! I’m actually interested in closing my DR and build back to all upper body-induced planking (push-up type exercises) capability. Thank you for allowing me to shake off the hesitation and embrace the erratic opportunities. I still can do it - any time, anywhere, and for however long/many times a day/week.

Yes! This is probably one of the BEST ab variations workout I've done!
This is a great “Ab finisher” to do after a full body workout.

I was always told to never push up enough at the shoulders to round them slightly, but that's the onlhy way I can hold a plank. Is this incorrect?

I was doing so good until left forearm side planks/ abduction. Incorporating these planks into my core strengthening.
