Avocado is so easy on my stomach it's crazy when other people say the opposite. I'm 6 months post op and I thought it'd be better but I get nauseous after greasy or heavy foods. I thought I could put off really changing my diet until after I graduate college and just focus on fitness this year but my body needs a change now

Yes to all this. Three years later and I get really bad burning diarrhea 😅 mostly if I eat spicy, fatty, or super sugary foods. It sucks!

That burning feeling sounds like it’s associated with your pancreas I had pancreatitis and that’s exactly what it felt like my main flareup was when I had salmon with avocados it was a horrible feeling but I agree with you watching on what activates the flare definitely can help out with that do you take digestive enzymes with everything you eat ?!

Using bile salts in conjunction with digestive enzymes is a game changer.

Have you figured out anything about your burning sensation? And are you still having it?

Raylor Rayne I went for blood work and everything g came back normal. I still to get it every now and then. I’m pretty sure I have narrowed it down to when I eat cheesy spicy foods. Like buffalo dips, buffalo chicken pizza.

Was the weight gain attributed to diet or was it a side affect of the surgery?

Keeksm mine was definitely diet. But I have heard it’s harder to lose weight after your gallbladder is removed. Not sure how true that is tho.

@@stephaniem.3027 It's worse for me because I am without my gallbladder and also a pre diabetic due from meds induced, I didn't have gallstones I had a 14 mm polyp but it's questionable wither I needed to have my gallbladder removed

There is a lot you can do to improve your situation. But it won’t come from traditional medicine.

I changed my diet for a year and half - no diet soda, no red meat, no regular soda, no ground beef. The list of things I can't eat keeps getting longer.
