The Bend Motorsport Park - the International Circuit 4.9 km - track guide

Hi, my name is Alex Webster and this is The Bend, Australia’s newest racing circuit, and arguably one of the best. Having had the privilege of being one of the first to rave at the circuit, and with many people heading there in the coming months, I thought I would talk you through the track.
It is deceptive how much elevation change there is, it does not translate to video! The surface is excellent, however it does have sand that does encroach on the circuit when windy. This will be solved over time as the construction is completed adjoining the track.
The circuit is very technical and it does offer something for all cars. We found it was a great leveller for cars whereby one car did not dominate and small capacity cars were competitive due to the constant radius corners.
Too marks to the Shahin family for what they have done. Bravo!
You are in a 1969 Porsche 911 2.0 litre running in the Gulf Oil Australia Classic Sports Car Racing (Group S) in April 2018.

Hey Alex, trying to learn this bit of tarmac for an upcoming sim racing event at CMS Racing so thank you for putting your laps up.
Just a heads up here, YT is having somewhat of an issue with your great Aussie accent. It has set the captions to Korean... quite funny to Auto Translate in English.
In the YT Studio, on the "Video details" page, at the bottom, click "Show More" tot get to "Paid promotion, tags, subtitles, and more", in there, you can specify the video's language.
