    Sir in the very first question, kallman syndrome is 46XX. So there won’t be seminal vesicle and vas deferens in that too right? Why isn’t that the answer?

      Did the Q mention it was XX? Because Kallman Syndrome indeed occurs in males. And they have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Wolffian structures like Vas Deferens can be atretic or even normal. CF has a stronger association and >95% cases have bilateral absence.

      @@drsandeepsharma1088 Sir the question mentioned only Kallman syndrome. I thought it is found only in female as it causes primary amenorrhea in females (46XX) and that is why i marked it thinking females anyways dont have wolfian duct derivatives.

      @Nikhil Agrawal Kallman Syndrome is more common in males than females, with a ratio of approx 4:1.
