What do you think of the look of this jacket? It definitely stands out from the rest of the FNT waxed crowd.
I have this jacket, but the old version with the New Jersey made wax cotton and without the corduroy in the pokets, my first Huckberry wax jacket and before they discontinued to then bring it back again. I bought thinking it was a coat ( it reminded me of a favorite I wore thru high school) but to be slightly disappointed when wearing on a colder day ( you are right, it’s a jacket not a coat) but once I accepted this I was able to appreciate it for what it is - the perfect travel jacket- wear it on a trip when it’s 50-60 degrees and maybe some rainy/ drizzly weather, wad it up and through it in the back when it gets too warm, it looks better as the miles roll by.
N didn’t know there was an older version of this jacket. I may have to see if I can find one on eBay. A Martexin version would be sweet!
I’ve been on the fence about this one, but seeing your review has made me take a hard second look at this jacket. The navy color is really interesting and looks a lot better than I thought it would. Definitely looking forward to your updated feedback.
I’ve been wearing it a few days now. It is definitely different than anything in the lineup. But I am liking it.
@@jeffgrantMEDIA Is the sizing pretty accurate compared to the sizing chart on Huckberry’s site? I normally wear a large in all F&T jackets except the Rancher (that one I wear in medium). The large in the Mill indicates a 48 inch chest which would be huge. Just wondering if I should go by my normal jacket size.
@@damionberv5074 I went my normal size (medium). I find this particular jacket to be a bit tight in the upper arms. But I can wear a light hoodie under it and be comfortable.
@@jeffgrantMEDIAThanks for the info. I’m still on the fence; the olive green would’ve been my first choice. Not sure if the blue will work for me but definitely considering it. Keep the great videos coming!!
@@damionberv5074 My first choice was Olive, but it is out in my size. I don't normally go for Navy, but this look of this jacket made it really appealing for me. I am pretty satisfied with the color (but Olive is my all time favorite color).
