      Oh that makes my day! Sometimes different brands of tahini make them not turn out as well, but I'm so glad they worked out for you! I need to make a batch now:)

    I made the tahini brownies and WOW! They are absolutely fantastic. It was my first time making a flax egg. I live in CO at 5100 ft elevation so I have often had issues with getting baked goods to last for more than 24 hours without entirely drying out. This recipe worked perfectly with the simple addition of 2 table spoons of water to adjust for the altitude. Thank you for your lovely videos.

      That is awesome! So glad you were able to make them even at a higher elevation! Thanks for sharing and enjoy!

    I currently discovered your channel (people need to give you much more likes not just watching the video for the visibility on here) i tried the tahiny brownie, it is a bit "oily" for me but it is good finnaly fudge brownie.

      Thank you!! And sometimes the tahini brownies don’t work for me with certain brands of tahini. I hope you still were able to enjoy them!

    I'm going to attempt your sweet potatoes brownies! I'm also an addicted to them. I have a recipe I knew it's a famous one from a popular pâtisserie in Paris. I didn't try it yet but I'll share it with you in case you're interested 😁
    Boneshaker at Paris
    370 g melted dark chocolate
    165 ml oil of your choice
    225 g aquafaba
    500 g powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    300 g flour (type 45 if possible or ap flour)
    60 g cocoa powder
    5 g baking powder
    7 g salt
    120 g dark chocolate chips

    Okay so I need answers 👀 do the sweet potato ones taste strongly of sweet potato? What about the tahini ones? 😊

    • @TheConscientiousEater
      @TheConscientiousEater  2 роки тому +3

      No and...no...at least I don't think so! Let the sweet potato brownies chill in the fridge and they'll taste like fudge! If you don't like tahini, try almond butter or peanut butter. Just make sure it's natural and runny as those nut butters tend to make dryer brownies than tahini.

    Can I sub 1:1 almond flour for coconut flour?

    • @TheConscientiousEater
      @TheConscientiousEater  2 роки тому +1

      Coconut flour acts very differently than almond flour in baking, so I can't vouch for it! Let me know if you try it out and how it goes!

    I'd only make the healthy 2 versions of it. The ''indulgent'' ones are too processed for my temple body.
