- So common paediatric neurological disorders we look into the patients while in the hospital or in the out patient. The impatients wants or generally comes to unconsious or somebody has koma of various reasons like viral meningitis, bacterial meningitis or they have seizures, and seizures may go longer term like 15 min or 30min, if they didn't recover from that they needs impatient facility. And other group are developnig of weekness for one side of the boby, the both upper and lower limbs are not be able to walk, they would not be able to breathe or able to speak.

Few tiny/ hyperintense,flair/hypointense lesions in bilateral frontal periventricular regions- s/ periventricular cysts - likely due to old vascular insult (reply me sir)

Child while sleeping having jerky movement , which last 2 min to 15 min, have been diagnosed by Zulekha hospital as seizure. But condition is similar to benign sleep myoclonus. All report for child is normal including MRI , EEG and even at the time of EEG same jerky movement episode happened which was not correlated to EEG. Has the Chid misdiagnosed and given unnecessary medicine of seizure?

Sir, I have 14days baby, preterm delivery in 35week. Done USG Skull today and mentioned in report - There is a heterogeneous elongated oval lesion centered in right lateral ventricle at posterior horn, in the region of choroid plexus. It extends into frontal and occipital horns of lateral ventricle as well. It has a hyperechoic rim with central heterogeneous echogenicity. There is periventricular hyperechogenetic on the right side. Kindly suggest us according to the report.Need help 🙏
