Yes, do a two-fer. There are two live songs that lead into each other on Opiate: Cold and Ugly and Jerk-off. Do them as a one reaction and get your face blown the eff off.
My interpretation of all Tool albums: Opiate - That destructive high of youth, false religion, bad behavior that is killing you but you are caught up in the illusion/feeling. Undertow: The high wears off, you are in a terrible dark place, you're addicted and realize that everything you thought, those destructive behaviors have brought you down and you are drowning. Aenima - Anima = the soul, enema = clean out the shit. This album is about trying to get rid of all those terrible things and start cleaning out your body and soul, ultimately trying to find a new enlightenment. Salival - hungry for more, for something to feed your being. Lateralus - lateral = line, us. Line us up, get us going straight. Look for something higher and more meaningful than our past selves. Reach up and out and beyond. 10,000 Days - the trial. You are on the right path but nothing good is easy. If you really mean to change, something better than you have to earn it, have to be tested to be worthwhile. Fear Inoculum - Now that you have gone through the fires, you can look back and reflect on your life. You are immune to those old vices and immune to future fear because of your trials and soul alignment. Next Album? - I suspect maybe something about finally dying or going to that final stage of enlightenment/being. Hard to say.
@Michael McKane Third Eye = Opened. I am not sure if this was exactly their intent, but this is sort of an archetypal story, like "The Heros Journey". Tool is relatable and grows as we did because it talks about very deeply inherent aspects of life shared by mostly everyone. When Maynard talks in interviews he often talks about that old grudge, drug etc and outgrowing it, evolving/changing becoming stronger etc. I hope they get to finish the story before this shit hole goes up in flames.
Chase Vonnegut ... fun interpretation... but I absolutely assure you... with 100% absolute certainty... TOOL in no way planned out their catalog to have any sort of meaning... no cohesive thread or plan connecting album to album. They finish a project... release and tour extensively... then when they’re ready, they go into the studio and start again on something new with a completely clean slate. What you’re hearing and extracting from their body of work to make this sort of story or overall concept connecting their albums is simply the growth of the artists personally over time... they work hard, completing a solid piece of work, and it’s like a snapshot of where they are in their life... then they tour for 5-6 years... maybe 13 lol... and when they start on their next project with a completely clean slate, they have grown in many many ways, and in short, they are different people. Also, they are very introspective, cerebral, intelligent and sincere people, so they evolve in a way that is maturing and in a direction of positivity. So with each snapshot in their body of work, that growth shines through. You sort of broke down this archetypal progression in a way that makes sense to you personally, and probably reflects your own growth in life... not to say that I don’t see where your coming from in your interpretation. I totally do... But I just know with 100% certainty... even from listening to extensive interviews with the band members on how their process works and how they approach their albums and coming into the studio again after not having written anything new for years... that they absolutely did not plan out any grand scheme or map or framework to follow from album to album... basically the 3 composers of the group get together and write the instrumentals (Danny, Adam, and Justin, obviously) and when they’re good and ready, Maynard comes in and lays down his magic and elevates their work into a whole new level, and we get the beauty that is TOOL. Just because they’re just about the deepest band anybody has heard or will hear in 100 years doesn’t mean we have to apply any more depth to their work and “overthink and over analyze” it or imbue it with this sort of expectation that it is just pure occult secrecy and hidden messages... It’s deep as hell, sure... but it really is a lot more straight forward and attainable than what a lot of TOOL fans like to imagine... the fans that are just way too fanatic about them to the point where they practically think that they are some sort of prophets sent to earth to encode some sort of secret framework to enlightenment, and that if you could just crack the code, you’d understand the meaning of life, the universe, and everything (42)... well... they’re one heavy LSD trip away from Manson listening to The Beatles’ white album and coming up with the Helter Skelter delusion... they’re just human... incredibly talented, introspective, intelligent and artistic humans... but humans all the same. And all you need to do is listen to their actual thoughts to understand how they just approach their work as making music they they love, and that they, themselves, think that a lot of their fans just go way overboard on the whole “search for meaning” in their work. That being said, it IS fun to delve deep into their music and find your own interpretation that really rings true to yourself... and that is really what they want their fans to do to begin with... they don’t want their fans to seek out some hidden message that they intentionally encoded into their work... they want their fans to connect with their music on a personal level and find a deep and resonant meaning that is personal and singular to the listener. That is why Maynard writes in a very archetypal way. It’s meant to be universal and something that anyone can draw out truth from no matter what circumstances they come from or whatever way their experiences may color the lenses through which they hear and interpret the music and lyrics. Sorry... that was long... but I hope this changes how you see TOOL’s music and you can even appreciate it on a whole new level and not worry about what the music is specifically INTENDED to mean and instead, focus on what the music means to you on a personal level.
@@plexus dang bro, I said MY interpretation and that they probably didn't set out to do this haha. I know they are very organic. And I'm not trying to decode Maynard or find any hidden meaning, he is just a dude and they are just dudes. I know he just sings about where is at in his life and that reflects in the songs. My point being that the progression of the album content also seems to mirror a pretty common human experience progression. Not saying that Maynard said "ah, I am going to make the albums follow this archetypal story" he IS the archetypal story, we are all the archetypal story, that is why we relate because it is a very real commonality of human growth over a long period of time. Maynard is just being real with where he is at, and I am the one equating that to some deeper human experience shared by many. :)
CHASE!! Oh my!! You put all of our thoughts from when I was 21 when I first heard TooL to this point in life. Absolutely incredibly put perfectly. 🙏🙏🙏🤙🏼 Wow man.
I'm getting addicted to the Tool Tuesdays LOL Every Tuesday when I get up I take a look to see what you are reacting to :-) Eventually you are going to do all of them, but I think you are already prepared for Lost Keys/Rosetta Stoned. As many people have told you, watching the videos or even the lyrics on first Tool listens is not the best idea as they distract you from the music. But in this case the lyrics I believe are a must. I remember perfectly when Rosetta Stoned came out, hearing it for the first time and thinking: WTF is this shit? Ha ha ha! We didn't have the lyrics then. I thought it was just a disjointed jam with a collection of rejected riffs. Didn't like it at first listen as it is so... strange! Then I started appreciating it. Then I saw them playing it live. Now I'd say it's the most fun Tool song to play on guitar!
I'm with Smokey on this one. This album and The Opiate EP are my favorites from Tool. I love all their albums but I'm a softie for this one. Been requesting this one for a while..the day is finally here. I love Danny's drumming in all their songs but this is heavy and was the song that sealed it in my eyes that DC is in a league of his own. Great reaction! 🤘
I'm never gonna stop telling you to do BOTTOM! You guys liked this song, I'M TELLING YOU YOU'LL LOVE BOTTOM! XXXtra chunky bass, Maynard screaming, what more could you want?! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? BOTTOM BOTTOM BOTTOM! 😁✌️
This album as well as their first ep opiate both have the original bassist Paul D’Amour. You guys could probably do the entire Opiate EP in a couple videos as it is like 48 minutes total and has some amazing tracks on it as well
It's really awesome that you guys carried on with another song. Especially "Flood" that really brought me back to my teenager days. Can't wait until Parabol/Parabola comes up on your list! ♥️
You Guys are killing it. So glad you went the extra mile for TOOL Tuesday. You all have become a part of my Tuesday night evening chill routine. I’ve seen TOOL live twice. From a Trashtalker in North Carolina...Berringer and Smoky.
So thank you guys for loving Tool also thanks for doing this song love this song, my favorite. Even though they are all awesome. Definitely my favorite band since 12, otherwise I wouldn't have lyrics from them tatted on me. Try Rosetta stoned that's another favorite but like I said all their songs are awesome. And like I said thank you you guys 4 you know doing Tool Tuesday love love you guys. This is what I want to actually get into, reaction!! I love that I can hear new music. Music is basically my life and to even hear new bands it's awesome. I'll say it again you guys rock, this the new way I listen to my music. Thanks again for doing this song.
Guys. I look forward to Tool Tuesday every week and this week didn’t disappoint. I’ve been a Tool fan for 23 years now and it’s satisfying to see you guys becoming part of the Tool Army. Would like to see you guys do Disposition, Reflection and Triad. Must do all three as one. Deuces!!
Since y’all brought it up, “the Producer”, Sylvia Massey has her own UA-cam channel with video clips of the recording sessions from the album. You’re welcomed.
Awesome stuff guys! Thanks for pulling off that miracle. It was like the Super Bowl was cancelled all of a sudden and you guys brought back lol. Appreciate the effort 👊. Cheers!
Great choice gentlemen! Tool's early stuff had a lot more rage and anger than later albums. Opiate, Undertow, Aenima. Few songs on Lateralus as well, but that album, imo, is when they started evolving from faster heavy riffs and punch you in the face vocals, to a more intricate, heavy, less angry sound. Which is good because Maynard can get after it and no way he could sing like that forever. Lol! You guys have had only a small sample of his ability to belt out an angry note. 😍 There is a "best of screams" by Maynard on youtube. Look it up. His voice, when hes pissed or getting after it during a song, is amazing. Keep up the reaction vids. My suggestion for next song. "My Third Eye" "Hooker with a P." Or "Bottom" guest vocalist on "Bottom" 😉
Patiently waiting all day to watch this. Can't miss Tool Tuesday with you guys. Must go an look up vids. I may have not seen or received a notification for. Love the reaction on this song. You both are great! 🤘😉
Hell yeah! Nice I was hoping for flood some day! I always see the intro as some kind cleansing you have to go through. Only to be slapped in the face with the masterpiece following after haha
Wow you guys are so sweet❤ thanks so much for taking time off to do this and make up for UA-cam's bullshit!! I still want to hear your reaction to Schism, will you guys still do it?
Now listen to every Tool song a thousand times. In the car... at home with head phones... with a little buzz. I swear, it never gets old. And just when you thought you couldn't take any more, fire up some Puscifer or A Perfect Circle.
Love your intro guy's, working people just trying to listen music with an open mind. Modern music it's so empty, specially when you compared with the 90s you know, some kind of golden years for metal and rap for sure. Greetings from Chile.
Being A Tool fan, I'm hoping you'll help by adding a comment at the link below. Months ago I suggested a reaction, but was given the reply 'hard pass'. Well, today I see they reacted to it. I'm not good with remembering details of what to comment, so am hoping you'll help by adding your knowledge. If you do, thank you so much. ua-cam.com/video/mhxUiR4jOTw/v-deo.html
Being in high school when this came out. Everyone though I was so strange for listening to this... now they’re all fans. Or at least the ones with open minds! WHOOOO!!!
Great Job! Hope that other video makes it out someday. You mentioned "props to the producer". That would be Sylvia Massey. She's legendary. Not super well known, but a legendary producer to those who really know their shit. There's a few videos of her giving tours of her personal studio. Tool references, Prince references, System of a Down references, Vintage mics, etc. As music guys, you should look those up. Super interesting to people like "us".
Check out A Perfect Circle-Maynard's other band-"Judith " and "so long and thanks for all the fish... APC also covers Marvin Gaye on the eMotive album...Maynard is a genius. Love you guys
Jerk Off (live) Lipan Conjuring ---> Lost Keys ---> Rosetta Stoned Parabol ---> Parabola Wings for Marie (pt. 1) ---> 10,000 Days (Wings pt. 2) Disposition ---> Reflection ---> Triad
I really enjoy you guys reacting to tool! You will realize that every time you listen to a tool song, you will zone in on something different. Whether it be the guitar, bass, drums or vocals or lyrics! The journey gets better every time. Keep up the good work guys
SWEAT...... its also on this album has nice lyrics and they all go crazy, only prob is it isn't longer but that's all tool songs... Love watching your reactions, I'm 35, I grew up all hip hop n gospel n completely missed this in its golden years.
Undertow was my favorite album for years. It was their first commercial success, and it was the first album most of us experienced. I still love the raw power and intensity of the earlier albums, with the continuing growth and pure musical talent of the later album shining through. I will promise you this, there is at least one Tool song that speaks to you personally, and will make you feel like it was written for you.
Picture this if you will . Tool at Bonnaroo 2007 -80,000 + in the front of all of them ! They played this one along with all there best hitters . Tom Morello came out and did a solo ! Yes for real ... You guys are really fun to watch ! Thanks Suggestion Pantera ( Cemetery Gates ) and Steven and seagulls cover too . You guys will enjoy both i think
Hollywood Maynard loves to record lyrics backwards. Example: Intension (reverse) Lyrics. (These lyrics are played backwards: Work hard, Stay in school, Listen to your mother, your father is right/rising/right, son... Jesus loves ... ✌
I got to see them perform this live in 2002 along with the exceptional Reflection/Disposition/Triad set. So good. Flood is one of my personal favorites. Parabol/Parabola next please!
Y’all love old Tool because their early stuff was raw, aggressive and just plain sick. I’m telling you, check out Bottom off of Undertow. You can thank me later.
Tool Tuesday!!! Looking forward to this every week!! Please react to Reflection, Rosetta Stoned, and Parabola/Parabol also Wings for Marie Part I and Part II
dear talkers, a gret thing is, that when I'm watching you first-timing a tool song, I also listen to it much more focused than in other situations. I shure heard them all focused too, but especially the old ones are somewhat long ago. thank you for that. I dont think I would try to rank music in general and tool in particular, although I catch myself often wanting to do the same. To me Tool has absolutly not one song dropping down from the rest. The only other band I can say that about is King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and I'm very happy ypu discovered them already. peace out
This one was like a hidden gem on that album for me
i always thought it's filler and skipped it like an idiot
Same here until I finally "discovered" it
Same boys
Always been in my top 3 on Undertow. They should do Disgustipated just for the heck of it sometime
Undertow is my personal favorite. So much grainy, gritty and filthy sound...not their best songs per say but the most "Tool sounding" album imo.
Also Smoke, if you love that early raw shiz, you guys have to do Jerk-off live from Opiate. You won’t believe Maynard on this one...
rob daniel I second, third and fourth this! Cold and ugly first- twofer.
Yes, do a two-fer. There are two live songs that lead into each other on Opiate: Cold and Ugly and Jerk-off. Do them as a one reaction and get your face blown the eff off.
rob daniel YES!!!!
Lisa Corbett agree with the 2fer. They’re short songs by TOOL standards
Might as well add Cold and Ugly, for the whole Opiate Live duo.
This is probably my all time favorite Tool song... and easily their most underrated.
Disposition/Reflection/Triad!!
Sign me up for that one!
Seriously, these 3 go together. Triad is🤘🤘
makes me tear up every time
Parabol + parabola you won’t be disappointed
Definitely
@Natemares no it's NOT!!! It is way PAST time
And it must be both
@@wolf-kissed 2 tracks, 1 song
Please please please!!! You will get ripped out of this reality lol
This dedication to TOOL just earned my subscription! 👊🏼🤙🏼😎
glad to have you aboard
How amazing was young angry Maynard! First time i saw them in the late 90's OMG..
ikr
Just gonna keep patiently requesting Vicarious
"I was wrong...this changes everything" best lyric of all time IMO
My interpretation of all Tool albums:
Opiate - That destructive high of youth, false religion, bad behavior that is killing you but you are caught up in the illusion/feeling.
Damn. That's an awesome interpretation. Something I never really thought about much before. I like it!
Chase Vonnegut ... fun interpretation... but I absolutely assure you... with 100% absolute certainty... When is coming lipan conjuring/ lost keys/ rosseta stoned?
soon my friend soon
I like that you included Lipan Conjuring, it's like the ayahuasca ceremony that leads to Lost Keys & Rosetta Stoned
Good call including Lipan. It's part 1 of 3 IMO.
Lipan Native Americans, I think
Definitely have lyrics for those songs!!
The smile on Smokes face warms my ❤
You guys need Swamp Song in your life.
Did they ever do this one? Love that track 👍 🎸🎤🎶
Oh yeah!
That whole album is gold. This track is sick, Danny kills the drums
It's actually triple platinum, wink wink!!
I'm with Smokey on this one. This album and The Opiate EP are my favorites from Tool. I love all their albums but I'm a softie for this one. I absolutely LOVE the intro... Literally gives you visuals of waves coming and crashing
9:00 (in this video) is a scrambling to avoid the waves.
This song live was absolutely amazing
omg we could imagine
This is the kind of thing that makes me glad I’m old. Seeing Tool in the late 90’s and early 2000’s was incredible!
Tool is in the business of transporting people to thier unknown destination.Once you travel with them you are hooked...
A very rare gem only a few reaction channels do is "disgustipated"... Very different Tool vibes!
Henry Rollins too!!
lol its coming my friend
Hard from the start and one of my favorite TOOL songs!
Great segue into the mad world of Henry Rollins
They need to write a song called top....you know...to be balanced...no homo.
This album as well as their first ep opiate both have the original bassist Paul D’Amour. You guys could probably do the entire Opiate EP in a couple videos as it is like 48 minutes total and has some amazing tracks on it as well
Wings For Marie part 2, Rosetta Stoned, Descending. Also, studio version of H is very well done.
Can't do part 2 without part 1....it just isnt right
They've done H, but if they haven't reacted to Jimmy, then they definitely need to.
Thank you. I love that there are other people out there that really Hear it. Tool forever
It's really awesome that you guys carried on with another song. Especially "Flood" that really brought me back to my teenager days. Can't wait until Parabol/Parabola comes up on your list! ♥️
Tool forever since 97

hell yea bro thats awesome, thanks for this
Thanks for getting one out today! Maybe some Rosetta Stoned next 😉
Wait til you guys hear Reflection. I'd suggest doing Disposition and Reflection in one go.
Cookedaburra d and triad
Yea, the Triad is wicked fun.
Smokey you could easily argue that UNDERTOW is their best LP. ✌
Smokey: "I love that chonk"
Tool: "Who ordered the nine pound chonk steak?"
I felt this with you guys. People are always surprised when I tell them that Tool is my favorite band!
Thanks guys for the work you put in! Excellent reaction as always! Until next Tool Tuesday!
thanks lisa. your awesome
I love hearing people get excited about that bass before it even really takes the spotlight.
One of the most amazingly annoyingly suspence building intros ever... Absolutely awesome!!
This was the first song they played the first time I saw them. Changed my life forever.
Now do Mr. Bungle.
Yeeeeeeeesssss
Go on. Dare you!
Mr. Bungle!!!!
Same here. 1997, Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo
One of my favorite songs to see live!!!!
So thank you guys for loving Tool also thanks for doing this song love this song, my favorite. Even though they are all awesome. I’d also like to see you guys react to Primus on the off days. My name is mud, Mr. Krinkle, Southbound.... so many gems
Come to think of it there’s a live version of Southbound pachyderm featuring Danny Carey
I love your Tool Tuesdays! Look forward to them every week! Keep it up! 😘
will do, thanks for being here with us on this journey
I can't tell you how much I appreciate taking this journey with you guys.
we appreciate you coming along with us on this journey
Sad i missed the live reaction on this one, glad you guys enjoyed it. I think youre ready for rosetta stoned now
Great work legends, one of my favourite tool songs!
Since y’all brought it up, “the Producer”, Sylvia Massey has her own UA-cam channel with video clips of the recording sessions from the album. You’re welcomed.
Real talk: you guys have the most genuine responses on You Tube. Keep it up!
Oh..and respond to Third Eye from the Salival album already!
damn bro, this means alot
Tool songs are always a journey. They get you in a trance and take you on a trip... and then the song kicks in. I love it all.
The synth's are Danny's Mandela pads (the electric drums he has)
Awesome stuff guys! Thanks for pulling off that miracle. It was like the Super Bowl was cancelled all of a sudden and you guys brought back lol. Appreciate the effort 👊. Cheers!

Thanks for getting TOOL Tuesday done for us! You guys made it happen. True gangstas!
we did our best to make this happen
Hell yeah! Nice I was hoping for flood some day!

soooo true
Wow you guys are so sweet❤ thanks so much for taking time off to do this and make up for UA-cam's bullshit!! I still want to hear your reaction to Schism, will you guys still do it?
they might approve it and put it up but if they dont we have it on our patreon. and thanks for the compliment
So glad you're doing this...Wish I didn't have to work on that Tuesdays. (I am glad to be working). I'll look for you're reactions.
So back in the days at their live shows they'd go from Sober right into Flood, no breaks, no talking, seamless right into Flood, F'n awesome.
Best and my favorite song on The Undertow album
Now listen to every Tool song a thousand times. In the car... at home with head phones... with a little buzz. I swear, it never gets old. And just when you thought you couldn't take any more, fire up some Puscifer or A Perfect Circle.
React to lost keys/rosetta stoned next. Then read lyrics after. It will blow your mind
Love it guys. I’m glad you rebounded from the Schism snafu. I still would love to see you guys react to Schism even though it’s not your first listen.
"Here comes the water …"
lol
@@Hollywood6IX nah that's what's in the low vocals at the beginning
One of my favorite songs by this band! Thank you for doing FLOOD!
Parabol+Parabola, Disposition+Reflection+Triad, Lost Keys+Rosetta Stoned. Cornerstones, gentlemen. Cornerstones...
I love how smoke just instantly gives in to the trance, eyes closed and he's off through the universe
Thank you! I needed my tool Tuesday
glad we could help
Love your intro guy's, working people just trying to listen music with an open mind. Modern music it's so empty, specially when you compared with the 90s you know, some kind of golden years for metal and rap for sure. Greetings from Chile.
The Opiate ep will absolutely blow your mind. 92 release, all live and phenomenally raw. It's naturally a masterpiece.

Paul d'Amour's bass is incredible in this track. He's doing a pretty decent job with Jourgensen's band Ministry now.
I was wrong
This changes everything
I don’t know why, but that line always hits with me in this song.
This song lasts forever when you are stoned. A lot of drugs were used listening to this album in my younger days.
Being in high school when this came out. Everyone though I was so strange for listening to this... now they’re all fans. Or at least the ones with open minds! WHOOOO!!!
Good job guys, I look forward to Tool Tuesdays.
(Billy's band)🙄
They did judith
Jerk Off (live)
Lipan Conjuring ---> Lost Keys ---> Rosetta Stoned
Parabol ---> Parabola
Wings for Marie (pt. 1) ---> 10,000 Days (Wings pt. 2)
Disposition ---> Reflection ---> Triad
Guys, Your interpretation is spot on. You are truly getting it! Keep listening!!!
One of favorite albums of theirs(just behind 10,000 Days) another great song is Undertow, and a Perfect Circle-Pet from A Thirteenth Step.
I really enjoy you guys reacting to tool! You will realize that every time you listen to a tool song, you will zone in on something different. Whether it be the guitar, bass, drums or vocals or lyrics! The journey gets better every time. Keep up the good work guys
"Thought I was high
Thought I was free
I thought I was there
Divine destiny
I was wrong
This changes everything"
“This ground is not the rock I thought it to be” -Still one of my favorite lyrics
Loving you guys more and more everyday..
SWEAT...... its also on this album has nice lyrics and they all go crazy, only prob is it isn't longer but that's all tool songs... Love watching your reactions, I'm 35, I grew up all hip hop n gospel n completely missed this in its golden years.
Sweat is the first track on opiate. Not undertow
@@schism47 oh wow, I can't believe I slipped like that... but I think they'd love reacting to SWEAT tho.
@@elitejudah oh yes they would man.
Flood is my favorite TOol song of all time... its #official badass AF
You delivered!! Awww gracias! Parabol/ parabola, lost keys/ Rosetta Stoned.
Picture this if you will . Tool at Bonnaroo 2007 -80,000 + in the front of all of them ! They played this one along with all there best hitters . Tom Morello came out and did a solo ! Yes for real ...
You guys are really fun to watch ! Thanks
Suggestion Pantera ( Cemetery Gates ) and Steven and seagulls cover too .
What's Maynard up to today? Tell him I said hello.
I got to see them perform this live in 2002 along with the exceptional Reflection/Disposition/Triad set. So good. Flood is one of my personal favorites. Parabol/Parabola next please!
Wait till you hear disgustipated...🥕
This is necessary
1994: I used to fall asleep every night to this album on headphones during my sophomore year in HS.
Can I get an amen?🙏
OMG yes. This, all the this
The cries of the carrots!
"Reflection" is a great turn down the spiral!
I love how they take their time with this tune.
Song starts at 4:32
I am with Smokey, Aenima is my favorite, and I love the early work.
Y’all love old Tool because their early stuff was raw, aggressive and just plain sick. I’m telling you, check out Bottom off of Undertow. You can thank me later.
my fav tool song of all time
A Perfect Circle - Disillusioned (the music and video is pure art)
And Puscifer - Man Overboard
Cool, you made one anyway! Awesome love you guys!
Tool Tuesday!!! Looking forward to this every week!! Please react to Reflection, Rosetta Stoned, and Parabola/Parabol also Wings for Marie Part I and Part II
dear talkers,
a gret thing is, that when I'm watching you first-timing a tool song, I also listen to it much more focused than in other situations. I shure heard them all focused too, but especially the old ones are somewhat long ago. thank you for that.
I dont think I would try to rank music in general and tool in particular, although I catch myself often wanting to do the same.
To me Tool has absolutly not one song dropping down from the rest. The only other band I can say that about is King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and I'm very happy ypu discovered them already.
peace out
Again , Tool - You Lied (Live)
