@@HappyHobbit it really shows, no pressure, just some Happy Hobbit vibes and the outtakes show she’s giving it all! I love how you showed every step in detail again, well done! (I totally don’t want that dough to be my pillow tonight)
You know the recipe is going well when you hear "interesting... maybe this is a new dessert" coming from the kitchen. 😄 This also makes cinnamon rolls seem a lot more approachable than I imagined they'd be!
The sisters at it again. Your videos always make me smile. Alex just couldn't help herself and had to eat those cinnamon rolls.. Though I agree that the best place to eat would be in a tree house, so fun.
@@HappyHobbit You are so very welcome. Yes! A few episodes on renovating the Tree House in the Mountain Shire would be very entertaining. It's my dream to build a separate Tree House Getaway near my Dream Irish Cottage.
Looks exactly how my hubby makes them.. I can do them too, but for example when our Jpanese friend visits us, it is my hubby's cinnamon rolls that he looks forward to!
"Come on out buddy, I promise it'll be ok. You're gonna like your new life. Your new life that will eventually be in our septic tank" 🤣 Whenever I've done rolls like that (which isn't all that often) I've generally marked the dough roll in half (or thirds? I think my dough didn't roll out as big so must have been a smaller amount) and eye-balled then the divisions in each section (I'm thinking it must have been thirds again, that ended up with 9 for the smaller amount of dough, than your 12). Anyhoo, I was interested to hear if you noticed much difference in the eating, having some of the frosting on it that got that bit of time in the oven - especially if it's something you'd consider doing again. And last night I had quiche, and a first for me, I used leeks, along with some chicken mince. Thanks for your inspiration for that :D It went down well with all those who ate it too!
Awww yay, that’s lovely to hear! 💕 Oh, that’s a great tip about halving or thirding the dough! You know, the rolls turned out great, but given the slight “baked” cream cheese frosting that was on them first, they definitely had a cheesecake tang. It wasn’t at all negative! It also seemed to help the frosting set up!
Side note, I just noticed your new way of doing the yt thumbnail picture. It looks very nice with the three photos and the title on a scroll. :) Oh, and I keep wanting to make cinnamon rolls, but I usually have to leave things unfrosted, even though it would taste so good! 😊
Thank you so much! I have been meaning to update our thumbnails for a while now (UA-cam is a very different place than it was in 2012) and decided to use some of my artwork and a template to give them a fresh look! 💕
Yay, good to see Alex!
❤️❤️❤️ It's a delight whenever she feels up to joining me in filming!

Awww that’s lovely to hear! The bread machine really does simplify the process and cuts out a lot of time!

It's such a treat to see Fili! The recipe also looks delicious, I'm a sucker for anything with cinnamon! Another great Happy Hobbit video!
Thank you so much!
Flip the dough over after rolling the first side, it will stick a bit, and not slide around 🤓
Thank you so much for the tip! ❤️
Job well done. I can smell them from here.
Aww thank you!
Ooh, cinnamon rolls are such a good half-Christmas treat
Yes they should be a requirement for Half Christmas and Christmas Two 😂😋
nothing more calming than a happy hobbits baking video 😄
That does me good to hear... I am always worried they are boring!
Agreed!

Alex is looking good. Hope to see more of her.
She is always happy to join in the fun when she can!
ayyy, my favorite gals, i first discovered this gem of a channel before the hobbit films were out when i was 19, and i still love this channel!
Aww that is so sweet, thank you so much!
Yummy Yummy cinnamon rolls! 🎉
The best. Wish it was Christmas Two already! ;)
For your bread video... do the prep. and then read selections from your favorite Tolkien books, while it does it's thing.
Great idea!
Missed you
Make sure your notifications are on - we’re now uploading new episodes every other Saturday! 😀
A very sweet and Hobbity tasty video... good to see Fili
I agree!
Any chance we can get an artist name / link to the cover of Bilbo's birthday jig / LOTR suite playing the background? Can hear it at 36 mins in.
It’s in the credits of every episode since 2012 😂 it’s a cover by Mithril! 💕
I love cinnamon rolls!!!!!
😃 They’re dangerously decadent! ❤️
