at somewhere around 1:05 when you asked about malabar spinach, yes all parts above ground are edible. And even the gorgeous purple berries, even though they have large seeds are edible. I have the red stemmed variety which looks gorgeous growing up an arbor! these things readily reseed and here in florida they grow like a weed. They can grow a few feet a week if weather very hot. The hotter the better:) THanks great video!
Thank you for all the knowledge! Bulls blood beets would be awesome as a small low border! Also, I will check out Qew gardens on a plate on UA-cam. Love the idea of using a portages garden and cooking with it by season and learning how to correct fails/problems in the garden!
