This was describing the day he fell into psychosis. He was 6 years into his illness and had an immune reaction to a treatment he had great hope for. He was ravaged by excruciating pain and bitterness and sank into 3 months of psychosis. Lyme disease damaged his body and brain. He has been in pain for 13 years now , with several other conditions including MCAS which means his body is allergic to 95 % of all foods and his mast cells attack his body and brain. It is a progressive disease and he has been under intensive treatment for more than a year and still producing music like this
Yes. I have mcas. My children do too. Ours is genetic not through Lyme but through genetics. I didn't know I had it until I had children. Mcas is hell.

Hmmm... this is a thought provoker. I'm not sure how to interpret it. Although, it could be an expression of pain as you've suggested.
