I think dead is one of the best dbd content creators around. He isn't overly toxic and doesn't get views by complaining all the time or calling the other side trash. The way he gets his views is by being legitimately good at the game. He also doesn't just run meta all the time or the same build but he mixes it up with new builds and with different killers aswell. Sure his video titles and thumbnails are a bit clickbaity but that's not a big deal. Honestly I'd put dead up with otz, coconutRTS, and killa whale in terms of quality and entertainment. Truly underrated.

It’s not actually 50% faster from what it was, it’s 40% of the new speed. It’s a slight difference, still insanely good
The base cool down is now like having 2 stacks of stbfl which is 110%. So if we do (40%/110%) + 110%, we get that our new stbfl time save with a full 8 stacks = 46.3%. It’s better than the old 40%, but not quite 50%

Always enjoy watching your gameplay, I’m somewhat new to DBD and was wondering if you had any advice on getting better. My biggest problem is the map, I have a hard time remembering where everything is and finding the survivors. I wish they had a practice mode like apex legends does. Keep up the great work.

Well, i would say, more you play it you get more used to the maps, only map i still don’t quite know is raccon city
If you're willing to spend $5, buy Kate denson and unlock her "windows of opportunity" or wait for it to come to the shrine of secrets. The perk allows you to see all windows, pallets and breakable walls within a certain distance of you
Like someone said, windows of opportunity for survivors. For Killers, You can use Zaishin Tactics from Oni to get a good idea where pallets or windows spawn.
Honestly if you want map knowledge play killer. I’m a killer main and survivors will take you on a field trip across the maps sometimes and you’ll learn how to maneuver around structures and loops a lot better. Don’t get frustrated, this is a game that takes a lot of practice but it’s very satisfying once you understand what you’re doing
Hey! I love that you're one of the only people that gives Clown the spotlight and respect he deserves. He was always strong but he's even stronger now and I'm loving it so long as they don't nerf him specifically.
By the way I play him in comp and I run a very similar build but instead I do Dead Man's Switch, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Save The Best For Last, and Jolt. (Yes I know that Dead Man's Switch and Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance don't combo like they used to but I run Dead Man's Switch on him because of his ability to interrupt actions and pressure gens from the distance.)

yeah D3AD's videos are so satisfying to watch. You dont even realized that 10 minutes have gone by.
The no cooldown on Jolt made quick work of those gen campers, very nice!. I've always loved Clown and now he feels so smooth with the faster recovery. Also Dead Hard now let's you milk 3 STBFL stacks from a survivor which is great! Between bottles, faster recovery and less speed boost on injured survivors he feels very nice now.

There's also a bug with clown, I'm not sure if it's been fixed, but probably not. If you directly hit a survivor with the speed bottle and sit in the cloud until it runs out, you will have infinite speed until using the speed bottle again, you can still use slow-down bottles in this time. It's a permanent 5% haste, but it's not intentional, so it is an exploit if used with a broken build.

As much as I wish D3AD was the reason the clown was disabled, but no lol, there's a bug where you can get infinite haste for the entire match, and paired with an addons, would give you some permanaet wallhacks(due to being effected by haste)

I've only just started to seriously play Clown, and his ability to shut down loops seems to be insane. Hate the guy's aesthetic, but his strength in chase is undeniable.
I love seeing survivors get decimated, all the more with clown you really made him terrifying, and I love it.

@@tj9287 I love dbd and have been playing all weekend. Yes it is not perfect and yes sometimes I feel like some killers are op(nurse and spirit in the right hands seem almost invincible)but I escape 50-60% of the time and that's how the game is designed. I have been playing about 3 years now and sometimes I make the killers look the fool and sometimes they own me. It really depends on your team and if people are in the ball?

Love seeing Clown get used. I generally run an aggressive build w/ zero slow down.
STBFL/Enduring/Spirit Fury/Brutal Strength or Dissolution
Dissolution is kinda pointless, they can't fast vault while intoxicated
@@quartzskull8772 - Invigoration will prompt the survivors to fast vault pallets in particular loops. I always get Dissolution to work 3-4 every match. Even got tofu to try out the build, and he got value multiple times on stream.

Question: Does Jolt and Call of Brine stack? Since you don't technically kick a gen when its hit by Jolt.
No it doesn’t stack you have to manually kick the gen to activate the regression, jolt only removes 8% of the current progress on the gen
as good as this is i only see this working on maps like this since alot of the pallets are more spread out and less pallets on these maps in general, reason i belevie they did this is cause the shack and main building are so close together on the desert map which makes it really op looping majority of killers but clown is one of the hardest to loop so i can see him being really good on these maps.

Hot take but I think STBFL needs a nerf, it should only go up to 6 stacks or tune down how much cooldown is reduced at 8. With the new update it's aggressive at 8 stacks, there's almost 0 cooldown.

Killers are meant to be a threat. Not the other way around.
Game has been survivor sided for quite some time. Survivor mains aren’t used to it yet, they will adapt.

Off topic but the more I play the new Haddonfield the more I hate it. There are way too many long window loops if you're playing someone with no denial like Wraith or Oni
It feels physically painful as an Oni main like I would rather get Eyrie of tye crows than new haddon, way too many windows
