Love trimming headges but hate cleaning up. But it is so profitable! But I got the scag tiger cat with clamshell bagger and you don't have to rake at all!

I find the blower vacs work well for cleaning up the gutter of the street and clippings from hedge trimming. Also handy for hard to reach places such as corners and under shrubs. However, they don't do so well with big piles of leaves which is rather disappointing. I find it faster just to blow those up in a pile and put them in a bin with a dust pan.

Absolutely correct Kenzo.....i mentioned that in video ....it does work well on small piles of leaves ...but definitely not for big piles ...its not really made for that kind of load ...but like you works great for hedge trimming debris and debris in corners ..

I've tried a number of different brands of handheld blower vacs just to see if it makes any difference, but it doesn't. They are all similar, although surprisingly the Craftsman which I think is currently made by Poulan while not the best engine seems to have greater suction power than Echo or Stihl. Echo were particularly poor with vacuum strength, and they also have a backpack kit to turn certain backpack blowers to a vac... but that was worse than the handhelds in terms of performance!

Kenzo Shibakariki I have an Echo shredder vac and I agree that it isn't very good. However, I was wondering about the other brands and I'm happy you shared that info, because I would've probably gone out and tried another brand. I think shredder vacs are a good concept, but they actually are not great tools.

Supreme Services Lawn Care I like both Stihl and Echo and waiver between the two. I find the Japanese stuff too expensive, so Stihl and Echo are a nice compromise, oh, that was a good suggestion about using the vac to pick up clippings.

Ummmm it can pick up massive piles of leaves with no problem just have to empty it no big deal still picks them all up

yea they are good multi use tools ...
as a vaccum its good ...as a blower great

I bought the 86 today and I love it! It saves sooo much time! Does yours have a little gap between the sucking nozzle and the main body?

I have a machine this model after a month I am having a problem I think am not lucky twice I been
to the dealer here in Calgary in NE store twice always charging me but still not over a year and still
warranty and 90 days guarantee from Aug. 14 & now Oct 17, 2018 charging me again of $52.50. I don't know
what kind given us a warranty and I always paying every time I go to this store for repair please help me

no bro it wouldn't ..bag gets really heavy , but it gets clogged with alot of leaves ..i mean if you go real slow you can do it ..but way to time consuming ...its great for getting small amount of leaves behind bushes in mulch beds ..and also real good for after hedge trimming

Real good idea! I'm getting one for that reason. What do you think about cigarette butts? I do a lot of parking lots. It would save lots of time if it would work on them.

Ok got the SH86 for the fall. The vacuum is bad ass the blower just so so. I will use as vacuuming no blowing. So I use this weekend perfect for parking lots. I did do a test it picked up a half full Coca-Cola plastic bottle it pulled it all way to the top turn off fill out Strong!

next time my wife asks me to vacuum im going this route. suck up shoes, shirts, sandwiches, ashtrays, forks and maby the cat lol joking, I realy am going to try it out though. I have a craftsman so it might struggle.

Yea give it a try bud ...i wasnt expecting much ...but it worked great ....ive had that blower for 2 years ...used the vac system for a total of 10 mins ...then i just saw it there around two weeks ago and said damn this just might work ....ive been getting slammed with hedge trimming this year and man i had it with the headache of cleaning that shit upbwhen i was done .....lolol
