You have a big heart Ryan. I hope things go well. Congratulations on the purchase of the roto chopper! Hope we get to see which excavator you all pick.
Matt from Birmingham UK here again. Let's get this video liked, shared and commented on. So we can help build the channel which in turn will help people and Ryan and the gang can give back to their community. Do good and good will come your ur way that's what my grandad used to say to me aswell.
I think that's a real good idea you buying that 75DK For lots of reasons. It is such a versatile tool. Not to mention the fact you never know when some stranger might stop by needing to shread up sum bad Memories.
Glad you and Jackson had a great vacation. Out west.is just pure magical. My brother spent 50 years in Georgia and retired and moved to Idaho 4 years ago and lives in a small cabin on the river. It is just unreal how beautiful it is.
Made for great viewing as always bro, giving a car away to someone in need is an awesome idea. In a way it out shines the slide world record as it helps someone out and it's from the heart. Safe travels. Ken.
Those pallet’s are 2.00 each minium out here some are 5 and 10.00 dollars,,, way more feasible to save the good used ones right, thanks BigAl California
That's a good thing Ryan to give back, ain't nothing wrong with that. I haven't had a vehicle in 11 years and haven't complained one time about it and it's hard to get around but it always did make me happy to see somebody get something that they really need. I like seeing the expression they have when they receive it lol. I hope you can pull it off and have a good one buddy
Mr. dig and enjoy the slip and slide video from start to finish in the final day look like y’all had a good time and and the barbecue pig looked awesome. Glad you had a good vacation. Appreciate the walk around this morning of all of your operation and ends and out of every day. Thanks. Stay safe keep the videos always enjoy God bless
Great video Ryan, when you get up in the morning and you do what you love to do it's not really work, and i agree with you giving back is always a good feeling, you gave your all for the slip and slide and i am sure you got back more than you gave, hope the demolition derby comes out as well as the slip and slide, i will be watching, and glad to hear your vacation was a success, if any one deserves it you do,👍👍👍👍👍
Hi. Ryan, as usual a great video catching up after your break. Your give away idea sounds a good way to give back and help your community. Watching as always from Scotland. Best wishes. Take care Colin
Good day. Back in the early 90s I used to scrap drywall and there was a couple places we took it to. One was a farm that had a tub grinder that ground it up and added it to there slurry pits and sprayed it in the fields. But we had to make sure the nails and sweep were bagged and separate. They ground up the paper on the board and no issues
Good ideas 👌🏼👌🏼 looks like Erin needs to get everyone to clean out there machines of wood chips n fire hazard debris , couple of them were pretty packed w it
Yes your back to work, awesome, giving something away to a random person, best thing to do, makes someone's life better, watching a stranger smile because something was given to them out of no where, makes you feel good, look I'm not rich, I survive though, when I'm in town an someone ask me for money or something, I always do it because I know its gonna make there day little better, I try to help other people all the time, thanks for sharing bud and I look forward to seeing the next video, an some of the biggest UA-camrs are ones that give away awesome stuff, mainly cars,
Welcome back glad you enjoyed your break. Now is time to get dialed in for the next project, whatever that may be. Good to see everything looking so good, and Aaron not having to run like a blue assed fly sorting all the different problems you give him. Trouble is what he seems to thrive on though, keep my occupied and he'll be happy. Thanks for this update and see you next time. From UK.
Thanks for taking me fishing, I grew up southern Idaho and my dad took me fishing every weekend and we fished every river within 250 miles of Boise. That was 55 years ago and the rivers still look the same. Maybe next year you should take your dad with you.
helping people unload flat trailers is a great thing it gives them another reason to come to the dump to dump and not just dumping everything on some back road pocketing the money for dump fees
Great idea on the giving. Your dad probably thought while you were away he'd he'd get everything back in shape 😂 and now you come back and start a give back project 😂 right after the crazy slip and slide ordeal lol
No need in apologizing for anything on your channel we love what you do and for anyone complaining there the ones that has never been in business after all your fuel and electricity bills are more a month than what the average person makes in a year not to mention maintenance and wages or the worst one I absolutely hate is insurance Damn that's getting more ridiculous each year 😂😂 I'm betting on Hyundai for the comfort and especially since you participated in the Hyundai Olympics this year Volvo might come in second JD has improved over the years on the 200 class but longevity and repairs are worse kobelco is good machine just no comfort great video Ryan
I worked at a big company. Say it was recycling well was a scrap yard.. treated the machinery better than the people. I had several years experience with machinery. I spent several years working on big Riggs. Word construction That's a trench guy. Thank God for great operator company. I worked for learned respect for the machines.Add my own personal automotive hobbies. Was around 35 years old. And I've never worked at a worst place. Langille's ontario... Propane is worth more than a human life...
it's nice you have competent people you can trust to take care of daily operations while you get some time off. somebody made some good hiring choices.
Dang Brother I have never had someone reply back that fast that’s cool man, I believe your channel is going to explode before too long you have a bit for everyone 👊
Sooner or later, you gotta take the keys from the old guy. My grandad used to piss off all the help on a daily basis. Seemed he changed and instead of building up his business, he wanted to tear it down. My 3 brothers and uncle had a "meeting" one night, infront of my Grandmother who had no clue, and laid it on the line. Stay home, or we're going out on our own. We had learned enough. He wouldn't change or admit he was wrong. My uncle and one brother stayed. Me and baby brother moved on and opened our own shop. Pop closed in a year, we modernized and ran for 40 years. Things change. Too much opportunity. Kicking the mule in the ass don't work anymore.
The National Gypsum plant in Wilmington, NC appears to run old drywall through a horizontal grinder setup in their recycling process, paper and all. Not sure what the next step is, but I'm curious too!
Take a slab of Sheetrock and put it ina tub or water, , I’ll bet the rock will dissolve to the bottom of the tube, ,just a suggestion, then you would see a wat to paper pulp the paper and keep the dissolved sheet rock gypsum, thanks BigAl California.
Glad to see that the Ye olde' 'bishslapyou on a hard pack track cat' is still your weapon of choice, also that Griingo compost is in high demand. You know you the multi-taskin waste guru, you got all this.
G’day Ryan. It looks like you had the best time on holiday with Jackson. Just thought I’d let you know some info on the Sheetrock. There’s a company here in Australia local to me called ReGyp that recycle Sheetrock.
here a idea for the cdl land fill and excess dumpsters make a sorting yard , place the bins in a circle aligned along the out side of circle or set in a line at off set angle too allow side access so they can be pulled and replaced as needed with empty , where customers pull up too the right labled bin side and sort, wire, metal , aluminum, plumbing , stainless ,wood ect in designated bin ,, they all get weighted in from start , they go too the self sorting area if they want , offload in appropriated bin then go weight again ,return to main cdl to finish their off load of other material if needed , you subtract the weight 1 from the reweighs 2, and charge them for the weight that actually goes too the cdl landfill, the rest is free too off load if sorted by them and you get the recycling too off set the reduction of cost ,sure you have to go through each bin in the end to refine the sorting products by classes for high value, ,,, would not be a expensive sorting yard to set up for a trial , you have equipment and extra bins,( and yes use customers bins they store for free on your site , they will either come and get their bins and store else ware when they find you using them or say fare enough use in lue of storage demerge cost for your land use , it be slow at first till people learn to separate loads as they load their truck trailers ,thinking most would rather sort it in bin then pay the extra to get rid of it , some will opt for dump and pay , due too time restraints ,contract obligations or laziness , while others will sort to save a few bucks and help the planet ,🥸🤓,Canada
your sand screener would probably work pretty good for getting the paper off the drywall the shaking of the screen should be more than enough to knock the gypsum off the paper the only other easy way I can think of is to put it in a furnace and burn the paper off
Well at sound like hank Williams Jr saying ever 20 minutes some of us had a fight lol well at least dad didn't leave a pink slip at the office for you dad's are only with us for a short time ❤😊😊
People also ask What can I do with leftover gypsum? How do you recycle gypsum waste? Gypsum board recycling typically begins when construction site waste is brought to a recycling center for processing. The recycling center separates the paper from the gypsum and breaks down the gypsum into a fine powder. The gypsum powder is then ready to be used in recycled gypsum products.
I retired a couple of years ago from a family owned company with the general manager that reminds me exactly of your father, old school is what it was could be stressful at times...
SHEETROCK ? Could you run it through a heat dryer, and then through two very close roller drums? A three stage separator could be use; large sheets of recycle paper, a grid to catch nails/screws, and the gypsum will fall through a screen as dust.
If the Hyundai is a 220 you should check out the 210. Dirt Perfect picked that out over the 220 because it burns half the fuel per hour but didn’t really sacrifice anything. I think the price is slightly cheaper too. He did a good video talking about the difference. If you end up going with Hyundai it might be the better move in the long run.
Hey crazy idea on the drywall but could you run it through a jaw crusher with a small screen you wouldn’t get all the gypsum off I’m sure but it might be enough to be worth it
Ryan since u are in the market for à New excavator, u might want to look at one with à cab that can move up and down..... it extens up so the operator can see in the machine they are dumping in .... NEW ROTTOR ROUTER.
Busy Busy Busy Ryan, I know you are rushed of your feet, but it pays the bills. I have seen so many companies here in the UK sitting there twiddling there thumbs because of no work (normally because they are to greedy asking a lot more than the jobs value) . But I am pleased to see you are busy, but try to get at least a half day to yourself at the weekends before you burn your self out

For better or for worse, you gotta be special kind of tough to start and maintain a successful business. Sounds like Dad fit the bill. Don't tell him I said it but he kinda reminds me of Cotton Hill.
I don’t know if you’re a "new breed" of nice, competent and clever bosses that’s emerging, or if you’re the remnants of an "ol' breed" of bosses that’s reappearing, the kinda Man everybody thought was dead ! As Skynyrd said "The last of a dyin' breed !". I worked 45 yrs in the Construction industry here in france, in very tiny companies and also in subsidiaries of very large construction groups, and I tell you, MEN like you are very RARE !! Amicalement !
Hi Ryan why don't you try putting a drive through where you put some empty containers out and let cars go and empty their rubbish in certain ones like wood in one and metal in another and so on then you can in the right places instead of them been buried in the landfill we do this over in the UK . Have look on UA-cam or the internet.
I like the idea of giving things away to people in need!
Me toooo!
You have a big heart Ryan. I hope things go well. Congratulations on the purchase of the roto chopper! Hope we get to see which excavator you all pick.

Fantastic video again 👏 I'm sure if the gypsum is grinded/crushed and then left wouldn't the paper/ board rot down over time? I'm no expert 😂
I would think so, I need to do more research

If the Hyundai is a 220 you should check out the 210. Dirt Perfect picked that out over the 220 because it burns half the fuel per hour but didn’t really sacrifice anything. I think the price is slightly cheaper too. He did a good video talking about the difference. If you end up going with Hyundai it might be the better move in the long run.
Good point
the wheels on your compactor look like they are due for some hardfacing it will greatly extend the life of them
You’re right
Man i always heard ryan say "gringo" untill i see the sign today in the video. That the mulch yard is "green go"
lol, yeah thought it was kind of a cool name
Hey crazy idea on the drywall but could you run it through a jaw crusher with a small screen you wouldn’t get all the gypsum off I’m sure but it might be enough to be worth it
Nice to see the video
Car giveaway sounds awesome.
I think so!
My buddy and I his fam run c&c they are definitely good people! Seen a dumpster lol
Real good people
Ryan since u are in the market for à New excavator, u might want to look at one with à cab that can move up and down..... it extens up so the operator can see in the machine they are dumping in .... NEW ROTTOR ROUTER.
Good idea but really really expensive

Drinking a beer as we speak
I don’t know but I have been in construction for the last 25 years. If you can grind the Sheetrock small enough the paper should rot down.
Or used in agriculture
What is the Sheetrock used in agriculture for?@@TheRealMrDiGG
I see tons of uses for tons of your trash pile’s, there should not be ant grinding of wood , ( that kinds of wood that can be used) for building and or side board’s on pickup trucks, trailers, seats and steps , thanks BigAl, hire me and I will reduce the trash heep by 1/3 or more from the way it is now, thanks BigAl California

Let's see if read all messages... How to do a little piece of rebar work on forklift, emptying trailers?Full of skids
Try water... The fibers from the paper will float then let solution settle out reuse water in continuing process gypsum will be cakey
