If repairs started as soon as the raids ended then sending fighters in 15 minutes later could have severely depleted the maintenance/repair crews
It would be nice if some pertinent information was given in some kind of show NOTES as to WHICH naval action is being referenced. It isn't until 4:05 that ANY mention is given that THIS action, APPARENTLY, was Operation Cleanslate, the U.S. occupation of the Russell Islands.

To WW2 Tales. You need to pay less attention on how much money you are making and more attention on the quality if your product. If this type of inferior product delivery continues, your listeners will go away.
