Enjoyed the video. Great to see how small breweries work as it makes it look possible for the rest of us. Perhaps a wireless lapel mic would help us hear what you're saying while you're in the brewhouse.

I understand you added acid to mash tun to help reach mash pH. I was wondering on this kind of system how would you adjust sparge water pH? Or is it just not possible?

Hello from Mexico!! I have a question for you guys, hope can help me! How many times can you make batches in order to fill a fermenter? I mean i have a brewhouse 2 bbl i make double batches, i want to get a 8 bbl fermenters! Can i made 2 days of Double batches? Thanks 🙏🏾
Yes you can.
After your first brew day make sure to pitch enough yeast for the whole 8bbl and then run your brew in the next day. With fresh wort the yeast love it.
