It's really cool to see the entire brewery take shape and watching you brew the beers. Would it be possible to make a video that goes over the cost of making the brewery you've got, for example what you paid for the fermenters and kettles and accessoiries like pumps and coolers or the conditioning room ;)
Well done team this looks great. Love the journey you guys have had. When you know you know! Will have to come visit the tap house soon (from Canberra)
Looks a great set up you have there mate, living the dream. One day I’ll swing by and say g,day & have a few jars. Hope things are going well for you guys, wish you all the best, cheers 🍻🍻

The single temperature infusion method produces distillers beer, not ale and lager. Unless, the malt that was used to make, whatever NEIPA is, contains magical properties it is chemically and enzymatically impossible to produce ale and lager by soaking malt at a single temperature. It appears that craft brew and home brew are the same. The only difference is that a craft brewer uses larger pots and pans. Books other than books on making home brew are required to learn how to produce ale and lager.
Big Cheers from Cassman Brewing equipment supplier.
Check out our latest video for a cheeky Cassman shoutout!

I love how you started on a 1BBL system! When did you make the transition to the larger system you have today?
When we moved from our first location to our brewery now in 2021. It was a slow and steady start on that small system, that's for sure!
Great video team! Did you chill the wert before going into the fermenter? Or did you let it chill in fermenter? Cheers.
Put through the chiller first
Yes....thanks!\
How looks the brewhouse efficiency? Did you increase efficiency a bit when u used the rice hulls?
Great video. How much brewing space do you have? Subscribed.

What’s the name of your brewery? Would like to see what methods you use to create craft beer.
All IPA’s are overrated.
You’re a crap troll.
