- In this video I explored the abandoned HAUNTED Audubon Middle School in Cleveland, Ohio. This school is 99 years old and has sat abandoned for a little over 10 years. The building is in poor condition due to vandalism and is slated to be demolished. Its unfortunate this school couldn't be redeveloped. While exploring this school i had a strange encounter that I cannot explain.

I went to this school for 4 years definitely miss it. Good childhood memories...I ride pass this school alot and it hurts to see that it's abandoned now😢
It's closed now and it's really creepy right now too there's footsteps climbing up stairs yeah do not go back to your school it's really creepy and dark right now

You are absolutely right, Chris, when you say that you regret the neglect and vandalism to such a beautiful building. I am very grateful that a young man like you has a sense for historic places like this. I admire this wonderful theater inside, the great hall and the beautiful stage. It should be reactivated for cultural purposes, artistic events and concerts! Why do those responsible remain inactive?

I just try to stay calm and rationalize what going on. Yeah it was pretty scary while I was there.

The room that has the Meth message use to be an art class in the late 80s. The teacher was Ms Verona. I was her star student earning the Samuel Clark award with my name engraved on a plaque that seems to be missing. The plaque was kept in the display case near the office. She use to let me work in the back room behind the chalkboard on my art projects that were submitted for contests that won. I see a lot of her storage drawers and such are still there. My Art was displayed in the Cleveland Institute of Art. She kept my Art afterwards. I always wondered if it was still left behind in the school. The class to the right, outside the room down the hall was the in-school suspension class. I was there 88-89.

Wow, that graffiti on the air ducts around 19:29 or so...that was AWESOME. At first I was thinking, "hey man no, don't go in there," but you did and found that stuff. Pretty cool and I definitely appreciate you lingering the camera shot on that.

I went to school here in 1981-82. "Mr. Hollywood" was the coolest hall guard.

Love these old historic buildings, some have a charisma and others like this are creepy but some of them should be preserved some way ? As a glimpse of our past or as living museums ? I grew up in this neighborhood. It was nostalgia watching this. It reminded me of the middle school I went to - Nathan Hale. The original building is torn down (that's too bad, because I would love to walk the halls again via video), but it resembled Audubon. In fact these two schools were originally Jr. High Schools and turned into k-8 much later like the 80s or 90s. It was creepy, but I still think Paul Revere creeped me out more. Oh, by the way, I hope you're wearing a mask as you explore these building, I could smell the mold and mildew through the screen lol! Take care of your lungs.

I marked it at 11:52 so that the door in question can be seen opened before it suddenly closes, and I liked the way you went to investigate, you checked every possible corner, that way no one can comment there could of been someone behind the door or anything like that, besides, that's not why you are there, You are basically there for Urban Exploration, I think Paranormal activity will happen time to time, it's like someone letting you know you are not the only one in the building. :-) Or "Spirits" that tend to carry on as if they were still alive....who knows right?...it's all apart of Urbex time travel...lol --> THUMBS UP,..LOVED IT!!..it only makes sense spirits would be in a school...a lot happens in a school over the years, can you imagine a school that had a mass shooting?...eeek!

Hi Mr Hill ... the only thing I could verify is that door at 11:54 that mysteriously closed on its own .. again no one inside the room when it closed. You capture more than what the paranormal folks get huni. I enjoyed this video as its fun looking at the time stamps where ppl said they had seen or heard things but I couldnt at the times they marked. You can plop that school down in Madison, Wisconsin or Milwaukee and you couldn't tell the difference between our original school buildings or these. I love these buildings and it's sad to see them destroyed and demolished. The piano on the ground hurt to look at!
Yea a lot of the schools built in the early 1900s look a lot alike.

I have a cool idea that I have never seen before on any ghost channel or exploration videos or anything related to urban abandoned discoveries and stuff. Now I know this channel isn't strictly just like a paranormal channel but I was hoping to see some sort of camera mounted to the back of an explorer. Where everywhere they went they would not only record the front but the back as well. Alot of videos have people saying "I felt as though someone was watching me or following me." You could honestly be the first person who is able to pull this off. I don't have the time or money to do stuff like this but that's what I would try to do. See if I can pick up anything lurking behind me lol. 👻 Creepy. I love your content by the way. Be safe always.

There's some Paranormal channels as well as Urbex Explorers that have used 360° Cameras while Investigating/exploring.
This is especially cool because it allows viewers to put on some VR Goggles and look around like they're actually there while the urbexer is exploring!
I went to 7th & 8th grade here back in mid 80s ..Mr gulley was the music teacher ..it looks the same..lol this place ruined my teenage years.. bussed me from west to east..it sucked hard core..I still live in Cleveland(and would absolutely go exploring with you)****..east side & honestly it hasn't changed much

I am really fascinated about the history of the buildings and how it looks now even thou is has been vandalized. You are really showing it nicely in your videos. I do feel sad in a way that they might demolish the building.
We tried so hard to keep the school open and have the district turn it into a specialized building with specialized classes like culinary or maybe computer classes or something to that nature. However it was people sent specifically to close this beautiful building and now it's it's abandoned and trashed. The district should be ashamed of themselves I heard that it has been sold and they will turn it into apartment soon.
Do you wear a n95 respirator while exploring? Being in the commercial/industrial hvac industry i can pretty much guarantee any mechanical rooms you expore are full of asbestos, not to mention all the mold. Love the vids!

Yeah these buildings are in dangerous areas of Cleveland that have high crime. I try to be as respectful as I can while I explore.

OMG! Did you notice at 4:58 when you leave the room and you were walking out into the hall, there is a dark shape or shadow in the room down the hall? You move your camera up a little bit and when you move it back down the shape/shadow is gone! YIKES! 😳 It could be a trick of the light as well, hard to tell but looks like something was there.

At 18:34 when you enter the cat-walk area above the stage and turn to the left, a mist goes by. It’s not your breath because we would have seen it long before now. I can’t wait to watch these with headphones; I suspect there’s EVP as well. You’re definitely one brave guy!
