- In today's video im exploring A creepy Abandoned Church.
On October 23, 1927, Citizens of the slovak community in Cleveland Ohio were overjoyed we're overjoyed as nativity of the blessed Virgin Mary church was erected alongside the nativity Catholic school.
The school was originally Built in 1909 and it would undergo several additions in 1925.
On July 16th 1956 the Catholic Church received devastating news finding out their long time pastor of 47 years died at the age of 77.
After 63 graduating classes and 2921 graduate students then activity Catholic Church church closed its doors for good in 1972. But the church would remain open continuing to thrive and serve the community for the years to come.
On December 27th 1992 financial Catholic Church would receive more heartbreaking news as the church announced its closure after 65 years of service.
This church has been abandoned for 30 years being exposed to the elements has destroyed this place beyond repair.
It's become a haven for scrappers and taggers, But still some of the beauty of the past remains visible. Exploring this place at night really gave it some creepy vibes. Let me know what you guys think in the comments.

I love how you pay reverence to the places that you visit, and emphasize the beauty and majesty of them, giving a background into the history of the place before you explore.
There is definitely an art to urban exploration, and you capture it.
I hope you keep your vids just as they are. No extra tech and background noise. Spirit boxes and all that garbage take away from the exploring.

Definitely would be bigger bad ass mfer than he already is if he did that spirit box shit in these abandoned factories or schools. Not a chance on me using it them fukers are way too loud. Especially in the factory and schools he goes in alone. Ud wanna hear what's going on around ya. Gotta keep ur guard up in these places
@@joshuacoon7410 nah absolutely not. all that comes out of spirit boxes is gibberish. I actually skip spirit box portions. Once it all gets technical I lose interest.
@@halflight87 yeah never said I like or I think they provide any real evidence of the paranormal. They're garbage made by sum1 smart enough to make them and how to advertise them to sucker researchers n2 buying them. I'm sure they produce just the right creepy words researchers wanna hear and voila woo u hear that. Setting up multiple cameras and doing what this guy does is is more than enough.

This was a great explore!! Can't believe you did it at night AND in the freezing cold and snow!! You're something else! So creepy looking at night and that basement sure hasn't gotten any less freaky! The state of the place is insane. I love seeing the little pop ups that show what the place amd artwork used to originally look like compared to how it is currently; crazy seeing the difference!
Did you see that light pop up all the way in the back where that door/window in the center is around 40:32 ? It stayed lit for like 6 seconds and then disappeared. Looked strange and you weren't moving the camera so I don't think it was your reflection. Check it out; I can send a screenshot if you have a hard time seeing it.

I just wanted to say that you're the first explorer I subscribed to. I watched every single clip you uploaded. I like that you researched the history of the location you explored. It's good to know the background of it. You're also very respectful of the location you visited, unlike most other explorers. They go there to disturb and challenge the deaths with abusive language and behaviour. I like how calm your voice is in the background. I don't think I have heard you shouting in the video yet. Keep up the good work 👍🏼
I went to Catholic school in Chicago. It was built in 1905 and it still standing but no longer owned by the Archdiocese. The city turned it into a magnet school thus saving it from the wrecking ball. I went back not too long ago and I swear that old building was still spooky af. I was expecting the ghost of my 5th grade teacher, a nun, Sister Geralda at every corner!! lol

great exploration! I saw an apparition 40:25 there is a black mass right in center of church on left hand side. The black shadow then starts to walk towards the right and fades away.
Finally someone else that saw the full body apparition at @40:30 it walks out the left door walks up on stage and disappears

I went to school here from 1st to 8th grade. Graduated in 1954. Was alter boy also. Got married in the church in 1961. Does anyone know what happened to the building where the nuns lived?

23:27 when you walk through door look down to your right you see a set of eyes blink. Omg at 38:50 watch ahead of you in the dark. You see one thing standing there and it drops straight down. It makes a tap noise.

It's wierd...sometimes, I think that I see things while I'm watching your videos. One second, I think I see hands or arms reaching out, or something crawling, and the next second, it disappears. 2:41: A face peeks through the window - you can even see the shadow of a window strut on it. As you get closer to the window, the face disappears into the dark outside (2:51). I’ve made screenshots and brightened them. If you wanna see the pix, just say it! I’ll send mail them to you, bro! I often play the videos in slow motion (0.25 or 0.5) and so I can see or hear more things than at normal speed: At 8:48 and later I hear whispers from various people, men and women, who seem to be talking. 22:27: A white mist flies through the room. It’s not coming from your breath. 37:11: Many sounds in the church hall, such as human humming, coughing and mumbling. Shuffling sounds can also be heard. But I believe that the spirits that still reside here aren’t evil. They didn't attack or scare you, they just made some harmless bangs, whispers and footsteps, but nothing really terrible, right? Because you show your respect to them by acting calmly and with restraint. I rather wonder why such a once very beautiful church was abandoned and now left to decay. The only evil spirits here are the living people responsible for such scandalous treatment of a house of God! Shame on them! One question: For what reason did you cut out the sound recordings at the end?

@@URBEXHILL @40:00 When you went in that room on the balcony your audio cut out and when you came out it cut out @40:30 when your looking over the balcony there's a shadow that moves in the left bottom corner and a light in the door frame at the bottom on the church stage at the same time

this is the FIRST abandoned explore ive seen that actually has SNOW INSIDE. snow looks good on buildings and trees etc, but weird - i think it also looks good inside these buildings you just explored. once again, great vid,

I never realized how many abandoned/haunted buildings there are here in Cleveland! You have definitely opened my eyes to a lot of things around here in Cleveland! So thank you for that sir!! At 40:29 as you're looking down off the balcony it looks like a blurry figure walking from left to right from the corner of the room and almost to the middle of the room and there's a white light that comes on in the doorway

At 8:20 when you say the school is huge, there is a whisper saying, "Yeah". at 14:33, when you say, go down these stairs over here...I hear a man say, Up How sad that building has fallen into ruin. Place has a serious creep factor though.

I lived right across the street from this church.....its on Aetna rd. My grandmother was one of the first black families on the street in the 1950s . I remember there used to be nuns sitting on the steps of the church, many weddings, and every Saturday at noon the bells would ring. I even remember the head priest house right next to the church had this beautiful window with different colors that was very pretty at night when they turned the lights on. My family moved away in 1996 when I was 18 years old and unfortunately the neighborhood got bad but I remember this being a beautiful church that was active in the community. You can see my old house in one of the rooms when he looks out the window!
Wow! I know it probably makes you sad seeing this area in such bad shape now. I remember driving past this church went i was a kid, I always wanted to know what it looked like inside.

@@URBEXHILL not sure if it's abandon but the address is 9619... white house next to the 2 family house. I just did a Google maps search and it brought tears to my eyes to see the property look so bad , I can't tell if people live there or not...
There was a part in the basement my grandmother swore used to be part of the underground railroad and they built on top of it. I could never confirm but she told that story often

Some kind of Knocking at 8:23 🙄 ..13:09...some kind of glass breaking sound...21:09 heard something, not sure what, 😮 Sometimes homeless put stuff like broken glass in a pathway so that they can hear if anyone is coming their way or entered the building,..40:06 some creepy eyes staring back at you..🙄😳 and 40:34 same type of glowing eyes, looking down towards the back from the Balcony 😳🥺 coincidence?..I think not, something is following you 😲 I get the feeling something wants you to see it, wants you to notice,..Man I got chills!!..now is it ONE Entity?..and it's capable of moving from one doorway, down to the Alter area, OR is it a couple of them?...makes you wonder...🤔 OMG..41:10
40.05 is correct.But pls zoom that glowing eyes,if you can. 40:36 is also correct✌ I saw the glowing eyes before on 34:21 in between the ceiling.👍 *OH YES* ,at 40:21 the two glowing eyes again. *If you can,pause footage with spacebar and go frame-by-frame with comma&period* and you`ll see, just sayin ✌🖖 41:10 I watched at EVERY single frame and, the 2 glowing dots were on one frame, far apart from each other .
