Actually, you're right. This is impossible without having memorized it beforehand. If you want it to be fair, you need cowbell or counting cues before "keep the beat games" (Tap Troupe, Lockstep, Flockstep, etc.) You also have parts where it goes from a "Break" cue in D. J. School straight back to Rhythm Rally, with the "Scratch-o" from the previous "Break" cue being after one rally. This is impossible to see coming without memorization.
