Bank Guarantee is a must in addition to other important terms and conditions which should be water tight and properly drafted Redevelopment Agreement between Societies and the Builders. For example if the builder fails to provide the things as per agreed terms then proper penalty clauses should be clearly mentioned in the Redevelopment Agreements as well as Permanent Alternative Accomodation Agreements between the Society and every member of the society.
Interesting facts ,what happens to buyers in thst list ? form 4 why not uploaded ? please uppload tge builders names so that prospective buyers alerted
