    Your videos are very good and easy understand about real estate. But whenever you take any technical point like conveyance deed or similar Please speak for Apartment and CHS separately due to different complicated rules .As apartment formation is quite common and forced to customers .In that case also please share legal aspects considering apartment deed (land sharing in % as per flat area)

    Thank you Sir for such a informative video really appreciate your efforts.
    I have a question, we were living in a rented room in a chawl in vasai road near Mumbai then in 1995 the landlord sold the house to all the 8 tenants with a conveyance deed and registered the document. Now when all the 8 members are trying to redevelop the chawl we came to know that the 7/12 is not in our name it is still in the landlords name, in this case how will we transfer the 7/12 in our name cos the landlord is not ready to transfer the 7/12 in our name , please help.

    Your videos are very informative and helpful.
    Question : I had booked a flat in VTP Hilife Wakad, now it is nearing possession.During site visit I found out there are fire sprinkler pipes running in hall and living room area inside flat. Normally we see it common areas like lift area etc. I don't have a problem with fire sprinkler safety system as it is a good thing because it is a high rise tower. I verified this doing online research that now it is mandatory as well.
    My problem lies with the pipes all over my living area. I feel that only sprinkler heads should be visible and not all the pipes. Builder is saying they can't conceal the pipes as without it they won't get NOC. Is this fact correct or builder is just getting away from the fact that they did not put in the pipes while slab casting. Need your expert advice on same. Thanks in advance.

      It is now being done by many builders, which is a good thing, ultimately it secures us even more. I guess this must have been mandatory now for all builders. Having said that, you can pretty much hide the pipes leaving Spinkler alone but that would cost extra

      Builder should provide the bulkhead / pelmet / false ceiling to hide the exposed pipes. Only sprinkler nozzle should be visible from outside.

    I found such map for Kharadi (Riverside road behind Colombia Asia Hospital) but not able to find maps for Wagholi, Avhalwadi or area near Panchashil Tower/Yoo villas.

    Sir maine rera mein case kiya tha builder ko 2020.dec se pehele oc aur conveyence kerne bola tha but abi tak nahi kiya.fir maine September 21 ko non compliance of rera order appeal kiya to mujhe OC aur conveyence milega rera order se ya conveyence ke liey alag se appeal kerna hoga pls reply Dena.thanks
