defense y yang gak ngotak kuat y..mau jatuhin bola di area pertahanan jepang susah njirr..sisip sedikit malah di caunter attack.. mana lagi ada isikawa pemain paling pintar untuk umpan2 sulit bisa di optimalin jadi point..😂

Also try do squats and leg excersises for vertical jumps, you’ll see improvement in no time, I am 1.85 and used to only be able to touch the net on a basketball rim, after practicing the jump approach and putting in effort and jumping a lot I realised recently that I can now grab a basketball rim

Proof that size doesn’t matter, it’s an advantage sure, Sekita and Yamamoto proved you can perform at the best level even with a "normal" size For Nishida it’s close too but he has crazy genetics to jump that high too
That's Asian height though but no big deal Japanese Team can compete very well with all their might intelligence smartness and power against those giants in the European/ Western league... It's not an easy win for them though... That's why I admire them so much 😍🥰😊👍👏
