To help with diet, l found with eating rice only filled your plate with a quarter amount on your plate, eat brown rice, bread, no fizzy drinks , cut down or out alcohol , run or walk 3 times a week, don’t eat after 6pm. Hope that helps 😊

Quick tip, not a bad thing to add in a treat or 2 in your diet as that’s what makes it sustainable which means you’ll stick to it for longer and see good progress. Just don’t eat below your bmr you need the calories to stay strong in the gym 💪🏾
Mate get a E-bike . I just got the rockrider from decathlon and ive done over 100 miles in last 5 days on it so fun and gets you out and about and you could vlog ypur rides .

How tf do you do 10miles a day 😅 I was very sporty and very fit when younger - I would have struggled even back then. Now, 1-2miles is more than enough for me.

I didn't say running wouldn't help. I just said it all comes down to the food you eat. It's easier to eat less than run 2 hours a day 6 times a week. But I wish you luck.

Mate, im 5’7 155 lbs and for me to maintain my weight is around 2200 calories. With your height plus weight you could he eating around 2600/2800 cals a day and still lose weight by just doing some strolls & lifting weights
